Murchie's Tea & Coffee

Aliya (I am not sure of the spelling, she told me her name verbally) is a fantastic worker here. Not only are the teas amazing at Murchies (longtime customer of the Victoria location), customer service is impressive as well. Aliya was very patient and helpful thoughout the whole shopping experience. I think Murchies has a bright future if they continue to represent themselves through associates like Aliya at the Willowbrook location. They have certainly earned a loyal customer in me.

This is frustrating. Customer service is not excellent. I ordered a large size hot chocolate drink and the lady at the cashier gave me a small drink. It taste milk and could barely taste the chocolate. I just hope that she can take and make the order right next time. It’s good to be precise & make it nicely done perhaps. Not impressed.

Came in today to buy Father's day gifts. Extremely satisfied with the employees and their exceptional service! They will go above and beyond to fulfill the customer's requests. Auphan helped us out and she was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent customer service! Thank you very much

I went in today to buy some tea but walked right out when I saw that the worker was not wearing a mask. I feel uncomfortable with someone unmasked breathing over the tea I will be consuming. I also worry for other Murchie's customers because many of them are older and high-risk. I left feeling extremely disturbed and disappointed.

This small store has good coffee and pastries.
They have also got good collection of tea.

Love this place. Many choices of great teas and hot chocolates. I recommend sugar maple or Canadian breakfast. Scottish or Irish breakfast.

I think I’ve found my favorite store! Everything is cute, the tea is delicious, AMAZING client service. This young lady made my day. And the croissants are too good!

The service was wonderful! I got some tea bags to-go and the lady working was very helpful and kind. Delicious earl grey tea, thank you!

Coffee tasted very bad! I usually only drink organic coffee since non-organic has lots of chemicals and pesticides! Maybe that was the issue? Service was ok.

I drank lots of tea, I mean real tea. Not those teas filled with artificial flavors. Murchie's have great selection of authentic teas. If you are a tea drink, you will enjoy the products they have. Also, if you have questions, ask them away. If they are busy or doesn't look for the day, be kind, we all have our up and downs, throw them some kinds words, show your appreciation, brighten their day and your day will also be brightened.:)

The sales associate we dealt with was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and great customer service. Answered all our questions and had in-depth knowledge of the products.

Was there on Sunday Aug 16th and the associate helped me at the coffee and tea bar was so lovely. I haven’t been in a murchies since the Park Royal location closed so I wasn’t familiar with their menu. I asked if they macchiatos as I didn’t see it on their menu. The associate offered to make it for me even though it’s off the menu which I really appreciated!

I was there for maybe only 10 minutes while my spouse was getting loose leaf tea but being in there for such a short time made me want to come back even though I’m from Richmond.:)

While I love murchies and all their products the raspberry tea does not taste like raspberries at all. Tastes like regular tea. I was not impressed and I would not buy it again.
