Special recognition goes to Gur Cheema, who made my car buying journey truly unforgettable. He made the paperwork and buying process effortless, securing the best deal for me. He made car available within 2 weeks when wait at other dealerships was over a month. I am incredibly grateful for Gur's exceptional customer service and highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone in search of a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience!

I had a clunk noise coming from the front end of my 2004 Mazda 3. I made an appointment and brought it in. They correctly diagnosed the problem. Steering arms and bushing need replacing. All the work was done inside of the appointment day. They also sealed up my transmission oil pan and replaced my headlights. I found the workmanship to be excellent. The service team was promp with what was needed and it was all completed in a timely fashion. I'd like to point out that the experience was very favorable. Even the service manager walked me out to make sure I was pleased with the job. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to all my friends.

Aria was great to work with! She really listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and gave us suggestions without being pushy at all.

Murray Mazda was so kind and helpful when I was purchasing my Mazda CX30. I have never bought a new car and they were very good to explain every bit of the process so I understood everything about the car, how to finance it. Jim Phillips was the one who I worked with the most and he kept me in the loop the whole time I was waiting for my car arrived and answered every question I threw at him! This so-called "Flag Ship" Mazda store is a complete joke. Worst customer service, you will probably receive if you see any positive reviews, it's probably by paid customers or paid family members of staff. From management to their garbage service department, who are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met.

I don't want to get into too much details but I will no longer take my business to this unprofessional dealership.

I wish there was an option to give them a negative 10 star. Complete GARBAGE.

My husband and I were in search of a vehicle for a while, until I found a listing for one from this dealership. It was posted for less than a day and Murray Mazda Chilliwack was able to accommodate us right away to see the vehicle. This dealership is by far one of the best I've seen in the lower mainland in my opinion. The staff is polite, experienced, informative, and they have great integrity. I can definitely say this was an amazing experience and well worth the drive from Langley. We look forward to visiting Murray Mazda Chilliwack in the future for anything vehicle related from now on. Terrible service department. I was told that there was no fuel sensor and that it was an “automated buffering system”, which cannot be checked? ! I was told that I would need to drop the fuel down to the same level that the issue occurred, to try and recreate the exact problem again. Needless to say, I booked my vehicle in with Langley Mazda instead, to get the fuel SENSOR checked. Didn’t have any issue asking them to book it in, to check the sensor. I have no problem making the longer drive, if it means a competent service department. Go elsewhere.

Only one star for being “nice” enough. Otherwise they did absolutely nothing for us. We practically threw our money at them, they promised us a car and shook on the deal, we paid a deposit so it would be quote “our car”, a week later they couldn’t get said car anymore in the colour promised but they could get another colour. We respectfully declined as it was a lot of money for not getting what we wanted, but they didn’t offer anything else or try to help us in any other way? That was it. Then we had to call multiple times to get our deposit back.thanks for nothing!

This dealership was amazing from the moment I first contacted them until the moment I purchased my new vehicle. I was new to the Mazda brand and was not 100% sold on it until I went to Murray's. Leon in sales, Ryley in finance and John at the service desk were all 10 out of 10! I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated and the quality of the CX-3 I purchased.

Very easy to deal with, we'd looked all over the lower mainland and Kelowna for a replacement CX5 and Murray Mazda Chilliwack had what we needed. Leon was great to work with, he assisted us while we were remote, and coordinated everything for an easy sale for when we got there.

I had Leon as my salesmen and he was great, very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, the finance lady Marilou was awesome, she was very polite and the loan process was very quick. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Murray Mazda, was a very good no pressure experience. I love my 2018 Mazda 3 Sport GS, it gets great fuel mileage and if very comfortable to ride in.

If i could give 10 stars i absolutely would. If your looking to buy a car, the team at Mazda is amazing. Jim was completely honest very helpful. Marilou and Jim went above and beyond to get me in a CX-3. I had some previous bad experiences at other dealerships in town.they made sure i was taken care of. I brought my car in for servicing this past week. There was an error made on the proper tire sizing for my car. I called and left a message for Jose. He called me back and we discussed and I brought my car back in to get the proper size tires put on my car. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism i received from Lucian and Jose. I felt that they were willing to do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer. Jose even offered to do dishes at my house! LOL. I would recommend Murray Mazda to anyone needing service to their vehicle. The customer service is over and above what I expected. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Guys!:)

We ended up buying our Mazda CX-30 at the Chilliwack store.

Their service department tried to scam my friends girlfriend. Made up a bunch a non existent issues and proceeded to charge her over a $1000. However when she got a second opinion at Canadian Tire service department they found zero issues. Extremely unethical practice. I'm a proud Mazda owner so I'm disappointed this occurred. I'm reporting this to the CEO on LinkedIn

Your Service Manager Jose deserves accolades and and a huge THANK YOU from management for his ability to carry the Mazda brand as no other. My wife has been a Mazda client for over 10 years; and with Jose for most of it - here in Pitt Meadows and obviously we followed him to Murray in Chilliwack.

Jose just makes it right for us. ALL THE TIME. I run my own business, so I understand the impact that customer service has on the business success. Jose has fixed every challenge (rats in the engine to brake jobs). He is knowledgeable with his craft and takes the time to explain in laymen's terms our car's health and welfare. We have a 7 year old and need to feel confident that our car is a safe as possible - being a family Man, Jose even understands that.

I own a Toyota Tundra, only because Mazda does not build a truck big enough for my job! I have decided that Jose and his Team will do all the service work on my truck.for the rest of time.sorry Toyota.

I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect. I am very glad I chose Murray Mazda for our new car purchase. We love the car and love the people that work there. Thank you and keep it up!

Several years ago we purchased a brand new CX5. Once the papers were signed and the car paid for, there was absolutely No follow up and the car salesman was not at all helpful. The service dept.was not helpful. We had our car in three times for air conditioning repair. The mechanic insisted it was working. Hot summer. We insisted it was Not! Nothing but frustration. That was just one of several issues. Sometime passed and a new manager, Jose was hired. I spoke to him on several occasions and he assured me that changes were in the works. Just when we vowed never to do business with them again, things changed. Yesterday, we took our car in for a headlight recall. What a difference. All staff listened to us, the headlights were replaced in good time and wonderful service. We are very impressed with the changes Jose has made. Thankyou Jose, and kudos to your staff and for their commitment to customer satisfaction. We will be back!

New guy at the desk was unsure and didn't take the next steps to answer my question. It was also really expensive as usual. FURTHER TO THIS POST: the manager phoned to chat with me. He was able to tell me the answer to my question and in fact was very happy to help me fix the problem. I'm glad we were able to connect and clear up my problem

The staff there are always nice and accommodating. Love our CX-5! The only issue was the car was not cleaned to expectations upon delivery. If I pay we 38k for a vehicle I would expect it to be spotless upon pick-up. It wasn't Clear coat paint protection was not done properly either. They apologized and it is being redone but is that enough? Just stayed at a hotel where my room wasn't ready. They were apologetic and provided us with a $50 voucher. That's making it right! With the vehicle there was not extra effort. Yes there was a sorry but I still have to take it in and have it redone. No discount offered on the $220 floor mats or offer of a cargo cover discount. Just sorry, bring it back and we'll do what we should have done in the first place. Just disappointing.

After being incredibly loyal to Hyundai for the last 20 years I am very happy to say we have parted ways. I received horrible service from Hyundai and decided that was it. I had since visited Toyota Honda and Mazda. Mazda hands down exceeded service expectations. Jesse in sales was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy just a real person. The sales manager did not hide behind the scene. He was also very personable and professional. When I got to finance to discuss options that sealed the deal for me.
