Highly recommended! Incredible service, quality and attention to customer's needs that I've seen in a long time. Both Chris and Fraser have been super helpful and professional installing a ductless mini split heat pump system in my house. They helped me design the best setup for my house from the initial stages. They were helpful with support after the installation with a couple of followups as well. They raise the bar high when it comes to customer satisfaction. Their prices are competitive as too. I will definitely hire them for my next heating/cooling project. Thanks!

Phoned on a Tuesday afternoon to inquire about a tankless hot water system. Wednesday morning Fraser and Kyle showed up and scoped out the job. It was a tough run for the venting, as the mechanical room is in the center of the house. Took our old electric water tank out and installed the system all in the same day! Was up front about the cost and held true to his quote. Highly recommend this company!

All the reviews are correct. Fraser did a fantastic job in difficult conditions as I have a low crawl space, he installed my new furnace on time and for the price he quoted, even did some xstra work to make sure everything
was working perfect. It was a pleasure having him do the work, he is the man.

Fraser was really amazing with my elderly mom. I had to try to coordinate furnace repairs for her from a distance and Fraser was the only one to call me back. Fraser came and gave me a quote to install a gas stove. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional.he was patient and kind and answered many text messages about my difficulties purchasing a range hood. Kyle came out to install the gas line also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.i am very happy with their work.i would recommend them 100%its nice to find someone you can trust.i will go to them for my heating maintenance and for the new AC i will have to purchase in the very near future. I had a tricky wiring problem with my thermostat/heating system. I called Fraser at Murray's Heating & Cooling Solutions and he responded right away. He showed up promptly (in fact a few minutes early) to our appointment and he was professional and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. And although my problem was a relatively novel one, Fraser undertook all necessary research and expertly resolved the issue. He had me up and running within a couple of hours! He also went above and beyond to follow up with me to ensure that the system was still behaving over the next day or so.

Fraser was personally referred when my AC quit. I had a few hvac companies out to quote the job but Fraser turned out to be the only owner/operator I spoke with. It was in the fall but we ended up replacing not only the AC but the furnace as well. Now that it’s cold I can really tell the difference. Everything I was told to expect is exactly how the system is performing. If you are having a hard time choosing your contractor I would consider if the person quoting the work is the one installing AND the point of contact if support is needed. To me it matters and I feel very confident I made the right choice for my home.
