Murray's Pizza & Pasta

Tried 4 different large pizza first time here.they were all made well and tasted great.it was a 2023 halloween evening and the busy hardworking friendly staff delivered on time.would like to try again in the future.

Fantastic pizza place. This is literally my family’s favourite new place. I love how they cook the pizza so the cheese is crispy on the crust.

Decent pizza, extraordinary price. Somehow my medium pizza and small breadsticks showed up with a bill for $42. Should have asked for a price on the phone, my mistake. $7 delivery fee is the highest Ive seen charged by a pizza place, ever.

They have great pizza but waiting two hours for delivery just doesn’t cut it in my books. If I knew this I would have picked it up a long time ago… pre paid a five dollar tip as well … pretty sad

First time ordering from this company and this location. It was amazing pizza. We had the Mexican and the Murray house. The crust was perfect thickness and a 10 for correctly cooked. Lots of topping and cheese. And right to the edge. Definitely will repeat this place. Oh one complaint. We should have ordered more.

First time ordering from Murrays, service was good but the toppings were a real disappointment. Reminded me of frozen pizza, just the bare minimum.

Amazing pizza and the garlic bread sticks are to die for. But please, be open later! Pizza is a night food!

It's out of our way to order and pick up, but Man, the quality is so good, and so worth the drive!

This place makes a great take out pizza. We have done a taste test on several pizza places near us and this place got the highest marks.

Ordered lasagna.arrived quickly.totally hot.excellent lasagna and garlic toast was nice a crunchy. A ten.from me

We’ve ordered a couple times because they do a crust less pizza that we really like. The pizza is yummy but I ordered this evening and specifically asked for a delivery time due to company coming and they came 20 minutes early. That’s great if it’s earlier than an estimate but why offer specific times if you aren’t going to follow them.

Was rolling through town and needed some pizza when I was in tim Hortons I asked a local and they said go to Murray's, sure glad I did. Picked up two smalls, great topping to bread ratio and, fresh taste.

Best pizza in Kelowna hands down. Generous amount of toppings and good price. Make sure you add cheddar cheese to the Hawaiian deluxe!

I’m disappointed with their online ordering system. I got an email for an offer for a free pizza with an order of a specialty pizza. I thought that was a great deal! $25 for two pizzas. I tried to order but there’s no option for in store payment if ordering online. Only credit card. I hope they update payment options for their online ordering. I called the store to see what they could do, they didn’t offer me a solution. I unsubscribed from their email list. No point in getting useless offers. But if you don’t care about deals or can pay by credit card online their pizza is pretty good.

Called in an order for 2 Lasagnas with extra cheese and extra sauce. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was $44 (Nearly double the price!), without extras they are $24. I asked if the price was right and the employee working the front said he would go and get his manager. Without looking at the order or checking to see that it was even rang in correctly the manager told me the meat sauce was why it was so expensive. I said I wouldn’t pay that price and went to my truck. I decided to call the West Kelowna location to see if they would tell me the same price. West Kelowna said the price would be $28.43 for the exact same thing. I returned to the store to speak to the manager again and he responded the same way. I told him that I just phoned West Kelowna and it was $28.34. He told me they were giving it away and it was different owners. I responded “You would rather lose a customer than charge the same as the West Kelowna store? ”. His response “I’m sorry”. I ended up stopping at save on foods and bought 2 pizzas and a $6 lasagna (which had triple the sauce Murray’s uses) which cost $17.

To be honest we were extremely disappointed in their lasagna when we ordered it a couple weeks ago because it had such little sauce that it was dry and very tasteless. We normally order from Mr Mozzarella and add extra cheese and their lasagnas don’t lack sauce so no need to add that. Only reasoning for ordering from this location was Mr Mozzarella was out of lasagna both times.

I didn’t realize that the stores had different owners but it shouldn’t matter. If you go to any franchise restaurant anywhere in the Okanagan the price is the exact same for what you get. It is unfortunate that I feel as though Murray’s Pizza in Glenmore was trying to rip me off and because of it has lost a customer. Also I should mention that prior to writing this review I searched for an email on Murray’s Pizzas website, so I could email them first, but I was unable to find any information other than each stores phone numbers.

Excellent service, always very friendly and they are always very attentive when I mention that I have a gluten allergy. The gluten free crust is fantastic (they cook it on a separate pizza stone to avoid contamination) AND they are one of if not the only pizza place in town that serves a large GF pizza. Other pizza places take note!

Absolument ravi d'avoir choisi Murray. Les pizzas sont absolument savoureuses et valent leur prix un peu plus élevé qu'ailleurs. Je recommande

I’ve only been here once but I had a good experience. Good pizza at a decent price. The pizza here reminds me of papitos pizza. I would definitely come back again.

Closing time the grossest pizza ever tasted 50 bucks now give another chance because was best in Kelowna but last was 50 bucks threw away

Great pizza that never disappoints. They are a staple in Glenmore and even do a lot of work with my children’s school North Glenmore Elementary.

So happy they call Glenmore home. This is our go to pizza place. Its super consistent, quick, and filling. I often arrive early for pick up and they are always ahead of schedule and friendly. Not every night is a thin crust pizza night and for that, I am super grateful that Murray's exists. Thanks for never disappointing and always leaving us full!
