Beats any big chain pizza joint. It's nice to have a good old fashioned pizza place around.

Horrible experience! Will never order from these rip offs again ordered online for a large pizza party pack the total was $58 I got there for pick up and it was suddenly $66. I asked why they said it was put up in the till wrong or the website was wrong. I showed her the email with the price I thought I was paying she's like oh well too bad there's nothing I can do. I asked for a manager and surprise surprise no manager there what a rip off! I definitely will not be ordering from them again with so many other nice places. How can people actually run a business like that? Watch your receipts, it seems like they just up the price whenever they feel like. What a joke!

I've been there several times for slices before work, delicious. I also love the chiefs jersey. Oh yeah, their slices are huge as well.

I came here for my first gluten free pizza and loved it! The crust was so much better than I was anticipating and the pizza was delicious and I didn't feel bloated afterwards either.

The pizza was fantastic, and I can see why someone would want to do this, but guys.

You can't just help yourselves to a pizza you deliver. I understand that these days you can smoke dope very inconspicuous, and that a pizza going out the door would be extremely tempting, but come on. You know what you did.

Other than someone jacking a slice of my pizza before I got it, everything was fantastic, and I will order again. I'll just have to add in the instructions that I would like the entire thing.

Murray's consistently make the BEST everything pizza! The SINK isn't cheap, but so so good. My kids eat only pepperoni pizza and Murray's now has a kids special that they really like. I was very pleasantly surprised. They need better veggie pizzas as well as a way to give them more flavor. Cilantro, spicyness, that type of stuff I go somewhere else.

Amazing all the way around. Wonderful ingredients with nothing being skimped on always more than enough toppings. The variety of different food items is huge. The staff is always helpful and amazing as well

Love this place. The kitchen sink with no shrimp is the best pizza in the province, hands down! Great staff, always fast, well priced. Keep it up Murray's crew!

Our family enjoys the food from Murray’s Pizza in West Bank. We drive the extra distance from Peachland to West Bank as we find there food is Superior to other Murray’s Pizza Locations. The Managers are friendly and there staff are ever so Courteous. The food is always hot and tasty. Can’t wait to order again from them in WestBank.

Well I’m beyond excited when I open the box & then the sauce, & the aroma is simply incredible, only to be topped by the the taste, which is why I keep coming back, sweet Jesus that’s good food.

They definetly have a quality pizza. The personal pizza was a bit disappointing, but i get it. They are super cheap so didn't expect a lot. But their actual pieces are freaking incredible

Ordered a pizza and wings. Was told it would be an hour to and hour 15. Well it came at 2hrs 15 minutes. The pizza was not correct and both orders of wings were wrong. Called back 3 times to have a manager call. None called. On the 4th call I got a manager. She said she would give me 1 order of wings for my Trouble. Lol. I tried to explain that my whole order was wrong and she upped the offer to 2 orders of wings. But no pizza. So I ordered the wings and said thank you. I then ordered the pizza from another company. That’s it. Customer gone. I order around 60 pizzas a year.

A little on the pricey side.but u get what u pay for.great food.just with there was a app for it, not just a web form to fill out.

Recently I ordered a pizza from my favourite Pizza shop in West Kelowna. Murray’s Pizza has always been consistent great pizza and I have tried them all. However my last order a large plain cheese pizza was rubbish. Thin and virtually no cheese. It was by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve had! What ever or who ever recommend the change to a consistently great pizza you have ruined not only my experience but I can’t recommend Murray’s Pizza anymore to friends and family. Fix it! Or lose a great regular customer!

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Thank God for the rare pizza places like this. They do exist. You just have to search for them. Get the Kitchen Sink. You won't be disappointed.

As always, pizza was great, even the thin crust well done which I usually ask for. Considering Halloween night is very busy for most pizza places, they did a great job, it was on time hot and fresh upon pick up. Also got a lottery ticket as a Halloween prize, thanks!

Very friendly, professional and awesome customer service. Even brought my pizza to my car when it was done when I never expected them to do such a nice gesture. Food was outstanding 5/5 awesome job will be coming back here for sure.

They are my favorite pizza place. They never disappoint and their pizza is sooo delicious. If you haven't ordered from here you should.

Murray's offers dairy free cheese, which you can get on their pizzas as well as on the cheesy garlic bread. Very nice crust, not too thin or too thick. Unfortunately they only have 2 vegetarian pizza options, but you can do "build your own" which makes up for that.

I understand that these places are busy because they have great Pizzas and we are restricted to eating at home; at the same time, I have requested several times to make sure when the Pizza is delivered it is hot or at least fresh tasting. I have picked up the Pizzas many times so my family can enjoy a hot Pizza; however, the last 3 times the Pizzas were just over room temperature by the time we received them. I only recomend Murray's if you want to pick your food up.

Amazing tasking gluten free pizza's including 2 sizes of gluten free pizzas. Crusts taste "like a real crust! " These are not settling for anything for a gluten free pizza. And for the family members who can eat "regular" crusts they love them too. These are higher priced than some of the national chains but they are very good and a family treat.

Great service, great pizza. I would say best pizza in West Kelowna and staff are friendly! I have never had a bad experience or bad pizza at Murray's!

The pizza and service that is provided from the staff at Murray pizza is best I have ever had. Everytime I have order from here the girls I get on the phone are always so happy and my food is awesome. Absolutely deserves 5 stars.

I'v only had the pizza here so far but I was impressed. The sauce was tasty and rich, the pizza cooked perfectly. I will be ordering from Murray's again.

Amazing pizza and wings! The Spicy Thai wings are the best I think I’ve ever had, and the pizza is nice and cheesy, all the way to the crust. Definitely recommend!

Waited an hour for a pizza that never got made and over heard someone had called in as they were missing part of their order.the guy who was barely old enough to work there could use a shower too.

The pizza was great with lots of toppings and well cooked. Service has always been great both on the phone and at the counter. Murray's has never disappointed.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and after waiting over an hour and a half we called to find out the driver had left 10 minutes before and the pizza was on it's way. We waited another 10 minutes and called again because the driver still hadn't shown up. Considering we live across the street this was dreadful service and we we're getting quite upset. We were told the pizza was just leaving so we expressed ourselves in a calm and rational manner that they needed to do something to keep our business as this was unacceptable service. The manager then came on the line saying we traumatized their teenage employee. Never in our lives have we ever been lied to and treated so badly by a business. We do not recommend this pizza place and they will never get our business! Horrid treatment!

We ordered 2 large pizzas and were told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to be delivered. Reluctantly we accepted this unusually long wait time. However our guests were very hungry and had been away from their dog and home for many hours. We are located across Hwy 97 from Murray’s Pizza, not a far distance at all.
We waited for two hours for delivery and when I called to asktheir delivery issue, I told the person who answered the phone that as our order was the first time with this company and having to wait for two hours and we still hadn’t received our order that they may consider doing something for us to keep our future business. The companies rep said that there would be a credit in our next order for the 2 large pizzas.
All of a sudden, I’m assuming the phone was given to “the manager” asking if I wouldn’t mind repeating what I said to their employee. I repeated exactly what I had said as it was not derogatory or disrespectful in any way, told him what had transpired and the credit that was offered and the manager said to me, “ so how do you feel traumatizing a teenager? ”. This was a ridiculous response under the circumstances. I did nothing of the sort and told the manager I didn’t want to do any future business with their company. This response was absolutely ludicrous and I am still confounded as to why this manager would say this to me. I do not recommend that you partake in ordering anything from this company.

This was our first time ordering from Murray’s and we will not be ordering from them again! We were told delivery of our pizzas would be an hour to an hour and a half. We phoned after an hour and a half as there was still no delivery. We were told the driver left with our pizzas 6-10 minutes ago and should be arriving shortly. We called again after another 10 minutes and were told it was on its way but that he would call the driver. At 2 hours we called again, displeased that we still had no delivery and calmly told the fellow on the phone that we were not happy with the service and as first time customers, what would they do to keep our future business. He said he would credit us for our next order. Then next the manager came on the phone and asked us to repeat what was said to his employee. When we told him, his only response was how did we feel traumatizing his teenaged employee. This response was totally unfounded and there was no traumatizing. The only ones traumatized were a houseful if people who never got their pizzas!
Never before as customers have we been treated so disrespectfully! There was never any concern for us as paying customers and the terrible service we were receiving. In fact, we are apparently not supposed to voice our frustration either and just accept whatever lousy service is thrown our way. We will NEVER order from Murray’s Pizza again!

I usually think of Murray's first when we are looking to order pizza for an easy night in. However, the last 3-4 times I have ordered I have not received what I have discussed over the phone. We enjoy the product we get from Murrays, when it is accurate. May have to look else where in the future but unfortunately the options in West Kelowna aren't any better.

Love their pizza bit it shouldn't take 100 min.to get a pizza delivered, plus it was delivered to the wrong address! At least it was still hot! The pizza didn't disappoint bit the service is lacking.

Place is a little noisy so it's hard to hear over the phone but I know that is normal anyway the people were very friendly and understanding but above all good service and food. I will definitely be calling them again

I’ve been on keto for a few months and was so excited to find a place in Kelowna that makes a keto crust. I ordered the Hawaiian delux and it looked great. After a few bites I noticed it was extremely salty and thought it might be the bacon. I ate just the topping and it wasn’t that. I then just ate the crust and it was clearly the crust. It’s like a bottle of salt was accidentally dropped into the dough. It was inedible. Hopefully they adjust their recipe. I’ll order again if they do.

As always, Murray's Pizza was awesome. The service on my recent visit was lacking though. My order was ready when I arrived, but I was not acknowledged by anyone for over ten minutes despite no other customers being inside at the time. Eventually I had to get someone's attention to get my order.

Very nice person on the phone, but pizza was 40 min later from time given, the bottom was burnt and the toppings were ice cold not impressed.

Wow! I haven't had a pizza that good in along time. So fresh and full of toppings! Cant wait to try more of the menu!

Well cooked pizza. Taste was great. We ordered online which was somewhat ok. Only complaint is you can't create your own pizza. Under the create tab it gives you just the cheese option. No toppings.

I'm quite impressed with their Fathead Keto crust. Taste and texture was excellent, and it was ready exactly when I asked to pick it up. I'll definately be back.

The staff at the front counter is always a pleasure to deal with. My food was fresh, delicious and hot.

3rd time my order has been wrong, this time they tried to say it was my fault then quickly recanted. Soggy pizza twice, once burned, wrong items delivered three times. It's a pattern sadly. They are polite, they do try to fix it by saying they will redeliver right away, but it's too late as far as we are concerned, we've already waited an hour & if we all have food but one we don't want to wait any more. I'm really sorry to say attention to detail is important & it's slipping. When it's right, it's right & delicious! Maybe just order one thing & all will be fine.

Ordered pizza and wings at 7: 02 was told 45min to an hour. Got pizza at 8: 39! And it's cold! Wings have very little sauce. Called to let them know and was dismissed.

A good, solid pizza. Nothing amazing here, but certainly better than the average. Good crust, plenty of toppings, well baked, and the right ratio of cheese and sauce. Would certainly order from them again!

70 dollars for 2 large pizzas.one was soggy the other was dry. Ill never waste my money here again. The pizzas ive ordered in the past weren't nearly as bad as these.

Very good pizza. The kichen sink is awesome. All have very thin crust. A bit pricey but a popular place.

This pizza came highly recommended, after we arrived in West Kelowna from Calgary. We ordered the Family Special. The wings were quite possibly the best wings I have ever had! Just the right amount of sauce. They were great. The garlic fingers were okay. The pizza, on the other hand, was very disappointing. The crust tasted like cardboard. The photo on the front of their take home menu had me excited for what to expect with their pizza, but sadly, the pizza looked nothing like their flyer. We ordered a large pizza after a long day of traveling, but despite being hungry, we were not at all interested in eating any more than one slice of the pizza.
