Best cannabis store I been to yet! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and have been going here for over 2 years now. Never had a bad experience and always greeted with a smile. Love it

Frustrating interaction with Nicole. My partner and i shop here regularly and know most of the staff (pete, Angus, Ben, etc) we live very close and so this is our regular spot. Unfortunately due to the bad experience we have had with nicole we have decided to switch over to Canna Cabana as their customer service is always great! And we have never hd any issue or left the store with a bad taste in our mouth.

Friendly and helpful staff & good atmosphere. The air feels cleaner in here…idk how to explain it, but I hate going into a dispensary and feeling like there is no circulation

Went in today 420! As usual they had exactly what I wanted, the staff were great & the whole store was celebrating with awesome gifts for all! Best dispensary anywhere!

One of my favorite dispensaries in the city. It was the first legal store I walked into and have returned to many times since. Super friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff which is key. Great selection of products too Would recommend to a friend

Had a couple issues with the cartridges. They exchanged it with no issues. Friendly staff. Good sale section

Love the staff at this location, they're so friendly and helpful. Makes me want to keep coming back! You can feel it when you go these locations.

I have been coming to Muse for about a year now and have received nothing but great service.until today. My husband and I came by to get a few things. The staff were helping other customers, but when they were done - even though they saw us - they didn't come talk to us. Instead, they stayed behind the counter and did administration, leaving us to wonder if they were closing. After walking around for several minutes where the staff can see us, it was clear they were not interested in assisting. They didn't even make eye contact. Eventually, we just left.with a bad taste in our mouths. I'm absolutely willing to change my review if I get the level of service I have become accustomed to on my next visit.

Best budtender in town. I've been to three stores and the guy here (I think Brock?) knew his stuff! Ask for the best of whatever you like and they'll make sure you have a good time.

I just went in to dip my toe back into trying cannabis after a long long time scared off of it by a couple bad experiences (before it was legal) and it could not have been a better experience. Super friendly, super helpful, and no judgment what so ever. Plus the layout is pristine and the vibe is very cool without feeling pretentious. I’ll be back for sure!

What a wonderful first time experience I had in your Granville store! I came in with a friend looking for CBD oil to help with pain. Never having been in one of these stores I was a little uncomfortable. I was approached by Julie who really helped to make me feel comfortable explained your products to me. I was impressed by her knowledge of the products and her genuine people skills. Not only did I purchase what I wanted that gal was one heck of a sales girl! My friend and I came out with, well let’s just say a lot more then I expected. Great experience, thanks Julie and referred a few friends to the store as well. Told them to ask for Julie! Bravo, clean organized and knowledge. Changed my whole outlook on products you sell in the store! See you again soon!

Best Dispensary in all of Vancouver! The staff are super knowledgeable and and their selection is the biggest I’ve seen! If you’re looking for somewhere to shop where the prices are the lowest in Vancouver, then give Muse Cannabis a try!

Horrid customer service. Went in for a few pre rolls and when I asked for the strongest sativa PR, I was told to "go look for myself because there are SO many". I get that. It's why I've always trusted my budtender to help while in out and about downtown. Zero stars if possible.

I recently came here to purchase some gifts for a friend, and a sales clerk named Julie walked me through their selection, helped me figure out which items would be best for gifts, and provided fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

Besides the great service they have a wide selection, very reasonable prices, and a beautiful store.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Good customer service is hard to find but not at Muse on Granville.

Nice store, helpful staff. The product I got was OK, except for all of the extra packaging and hefty price tag. Honestly, though, I think that licensed cannabis is way overpriced and there are few medical strains available since the non-profit compassion societies have been shut down.

One of my favourite shops in Vancouver. Welcoming atmosphere every time you stop in and I have such an enjoyable experience with Serena and Julie. All staff actually have great attitudes and ready to help find what I need. Advised me on great new edibles and new products amongst easy-going conversion. I will always make an effort to stop at this store for the reasonable prices too. Awesome place.

Yo this place has one of the best selections of cannabis in the lower mainland. Always my go to!

It looks fancy in there but the people working at Muse are down to earth. I would definitely recommend the white shark and wappa strains from Muse when they have them. Good stuff overall.

Amazing. I love the pre roll spinach so good! I am glad they have new stuff coming in. I love the display and the staff know their stuff. I would love to get a hoodie or tshirt if they come out with it sometime.
