Highly recommend lash lifts with Nicole! I drive from New West because I won’t go anywhere else anymore. I’ve gone to other places and they’ve struggled with my eyelashes (they are naturally really long and straight), but Nicole has never had any issues and they always look amazing! She’s also very personable and easy to talk to. It’s always an enjoyable, relaxing experience. She’s very efficient as well and the appointment always flies by:)

I have really straight and downward-pointing eyelashes that are a source of frustation and insecurity, and Nicole transformed them so skillfully. This was my first ever lash lift + tint, and I feel a million times cuter now. Easy convenient booking, beautiful studio, and a super worthwhile investment. I love my lashes and brows done by Nicole. I've always struggled with brow shape and have tried microblading in the past with unsatisfactory results. I feel brow lamination gave me the natural fluffy brows I was looking for.

Went to this boutique beauty studio for the first time this week and I am so pleasantly surprised with the level of services provided. I went in for a brow wax, colour and lash colour. No irritation, nice thick brows, skin wasn't coloured, A different experience for me than, for example, mall brow bars.

I recently had a hybrid lash extension set done by Amanda. The booking process was easy to do and even had instructions for how to prepare for the appointment. Amanda was knowledgeable, patient and meticulous in explaining the process to me. I was looking for lash extensions that gave me a look that could be styled up for a night out but not so prominent that I look like I need a full face of makeup to match. After she finished, she directed me to a mirror and it was exactly the look I was going for! She also gave me follow up instructions on lash extensions care. She also sent a follow up message to ensure my lash extensions were holding up well and asked if I had any questions. She also encouraged me to reach out if I had any additional questions! Top level service! It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back for my lash fill in a few weeks!

I recently had classic lash extensions done by Amanda and it was overall a very pleasant experience! Amanda was meticulous and gentle. All I told her was that I wanted my lashes looking more natural and that is exactly what I got! I have received many compliments on them. While I was getting my lashes done, Lisa was doing my nails. They turned out amazing as well! Getting your nails done at the same time as your lashes is such a time saver!

I've been getting my lash extensions done by Amanda (the owner) for several years and she has always been meticulous, accommodating, and just wonderful! Her lash knowledge is extensive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is always honest and you can tell that she truly appreciates her clients and wants what's best for them.

I recently started trying out the Eye envy lash serum that the salon sells, as I'd heard really great things about it. I've used it on my sparse eyebrows and lash line everyday for the last six weeks and I definitely notice a difference! My eyebrows have never looked so full and my lash retention is doing really well.

I'm excited to see what other lash - related products the salon has to offer as well as other local goodies (I noticed on its Instagram page that it was starting to offer locally made products like hand sanitizer and candles). Given these hard times I love the idea of buying through the studio and supporting two small businesses!

This was my first time having this service and Tiffany made me feel very comfortable and professionally walked through each step - she knows her stuff and was so nice to spend time with! I got a lash lift and teeth whitening with Tiffany. It’s a beautiful place and very professional. You get spoiled and pampered. My teeth came out 4 shades whiter! I was very pleased!

Booked an appointment with Tiffany for microneedling but after reviewing my skin and asking me about my goals, she let me know a chemical peel would be better suited. Had a great treatment, saved money and my skin was AMAZING after! Super happy with the results, and really appreciated her recommendations, professionalism and honesty - instead of moving forward with a more expensive treatment she did what she felt would be the better option. I recently moved to North Vancouver, but will HAPPILY be driving out to Port Moody to continue going to Muse + Maven!

This is my 2nd time getting my lash lift done. I have had both lifts done by Tracy. She is super professional and personable. She made sure throughout my appointment that I was comfortable and even checked in with me the next day via text. I just had my 2nd lift done yesterday and there was some minor issues (not thru the fault of Tracy) but with the help of Amanda, got a hold of Tracy and she fit me in today to fix my issue- on the house! The place is super clean and cute. With COVID-19 measures in place, as soon as I walked in, I can tell immediately the staff are following the safety protocol currently set by BC Health. Will definitely continue to come back and get my lashes done by Tracy.

I came here to receive the chemical peel from Tiffany and wow it was worth every penny. She was absolutely amazing and informative. She definitely knew what she was doing. I see a big difference in my face and I will for sure be back. Thank you so much!
