I'm scared of what this kid is trying to spell.
Came for the Lego show, it was small but was cool. Ton of kids around so you really got to be patient. You will last at most an hour in there but probably done in thirty minutes if you aren't a Lego aficionado. But it's free so if you're close just go.

Wonderful place to look at all the old stuff from the early 1900's. Be a great place for any one that want to do something on a rainy day

Love this museum! It’s free, and they regularly have really interesting, well presented exhibits. I appreciate the rotating Indigenous Hall and the children’s play area. My son also enjoys the scavenger hunts. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. It’s one of our favourite places to visit.

It would be great if the City of Surrey and Translink can directly and conveniently connect the museum to Surrey Central in their transportation plan.

It is just common sense.

The current transportation option (or lack of it), suggests that the City doesn't value arts and culture that much. And if they do, it is not a top priority.

Surrey is still a car-driven city after all. Most of its land use and transportation planning are still heavily designed around driving from Point A to Point B.

There is so much potential in this neighbourhood, and yet there is very little happening here.

Thank you.

I brought my 3.5 yo daughter for the second time together with my 14 months old. Our 1st hour was spent with a playdate in their play area. The rest was to see the gallery and scavenger hunt and went upstairs to see the rest. Very friendly staff. The building is very clean and well maintained. There are picnic tables outside where we eat our snacks while enjoying the surroundings. On our way back to the parking lot, we stopped to check out the old Anniedale school, Town hall, and Anderson cabin. We definitely enjoyed our visit!
Thank you for having us!

Interesting, a lot of history of the founding of the city from its first settlers and progress, until today a beautiful city!

Museum was very good, lots for kids to interact with in the play area (the area off to the right side of the entrance). The second floor has a nice exhibit of antiques from the past. We only had time to see those two areas, but there seemed to be more exhibits to see. It's great for a rainy day visit with the kids.

My daughter and our friends' son had a great time here. It's clean and full of activities for kids to explore and learn. We all learnt something about Surrey too! Most of all it's free admission!

It's been 5 or so years since the renovation, and the place still feels like opening day. It's clean and open, with rotating exhibits to keep things fresh while retaining the classic artifacts of Surrey's history.

I'm not sure why the LRT picture is still in the kid's area, since it's been cancelled long ago.

Given the admission is free, I cannot complain at all. It's an absolute gem in this city and having a $0 entry fee is just the cherry on top.

Great at any time of day to visit.
Staff are very friendly, rotating exhibits on the lower level and the history of Surrey upstairs.
The TD play center is good for the younger kids 1-6ish, lots to do.
The most convenient thing about this place is that it's free and accommodating to younger kids and parents.

We had fun at the Mystic Creature Exhibit it was cool learning all the things and stories told all over the world about these fictional Mystic creatures.

Maybe its facts.lol

Also, its great for little children to walk around in the play areas and My girls and I had a great time Upstairs looking at all the antiques and old fashioned ways. Doesn't Compare to Toronto but still a fantastic time for a family forsure. You just need to make the most of it have no expectations just explore n have fun. Although it's free I'd encourage min $4/5 /person donations at front desk.

We really enjoyed The World of Mythical Creatures! An amazing exhibit for any age to enjoy. The best thing too is the museum is FREE. We were there on a Friday at about noon and it wasn't very busy which was nice for us. Highly recommend.

Very small museum only couple areas to look at, and a playground geared for mainly smaller kids I could see older kids being bored in there, but overall very nice place and very clean and great location, great area for parking but fills up fast, the exhibits are very cool though.

We visited the museum on the weekend. It was not busy nor crowded which was really nice. We could spend as much time or as little as we wanted to at each exhibit. It was interesting to learn about the history or Surrey. They currently also have an exhibit about dragons and mystical creatures.

The kids love the TD Explore Zone the best. It's like an indoor playground with a focus on sustainability so kids can learn and play at the same time.

There was a birthday party during our visit. We didn't know the museum hosts parties. Parents can consider hosting a party here!

Really great place for a family outing. The kids loved the play area and we all enjoyed walking around and seeing all the different things on display. My son also went there om a field trip with his school and the kids had an awesome time on their guided tour.
