Went in looking for what I thought I needed-an amplifier for my digital piano. The staff were very kind to me and went through my options in detail. I felt guilty about the amount of time they spent with me testing the amplifiers especially when, in the end they told me I don't need something that expensive. They recommended something simpler and more affordable-a portable speaker. I was really appreciative of the time they spent with me, their kindness and honesty. I could have easily been influenced to buy something I didn't need at a high price. I highly recommend this shop!

After many research about different piano brands, finally, we bought a Hailun piano from Music gallery today. Madam Regina helped us to choose a perfect piano based on her experience and knowledge. I went to Music Gallery on Dec 28 2022 looking for a ukulele. Regina was very patient and helpful. She let me try a few back and forth, played for me to compare the sound and gave me professional advice on which one to choose. After staying at the store for an hour and half, I eventually decided to pick the concert ukulele which sounded louder and happier, and of course more fit for my hands. Regina also introduced a beginner book and suggested me to do some self-learning before I went to the private lesson two weeks later. I did follow her advice, and started to read the book. I can't stop playing for a few hours each day ever since and now I can play "Sweet Sweet Home" while chanting. It is so much fun. Thank you Regina!

I came in for a digital piano and the staff were very helpful - they were very friendly and went to generous lengths to ensure my needs were met.

This store was recommended by our daughter's violin instructor. Her violin instructor went all around town to find a suitable violin within our budget for our daughter and found the perfect one at Vancouver Music Gallery. We went there to try it out and purchased the violin, a bow, and a violin case.

When our daughter brought the items home, we noticed that one of the locks on the violin case was quite difficult to open. I applied some WD-40 on it to try to make it open easier for our daughter and it slightly helped. Then a little after a week, the spring from the lock popped off.

We contacted Vancouver Music Gallery and explained our situation with the violin case and they were more than happy to exchange the defective case for a new one.

We drove down to VGM (we live in Vancouver) on a busy Sunday and spoke to Regina who showed us several different cases, all of which our daughter didn't like. Mike also came out from the back of the shop to help us look for a replacement violin case for our daughter. After an hour looking at different cases, Mike managed to find a violin case that our daughter liked and chose that one.

Mike and Regina really took the time to help our daughter find the right violin case.

I went to the music gallery to purchase a digital piano and Regina helped me so much in deciding what to get, she was so helpful and nice and answered all my questions and helped me choose a piano even though it was past her work time! Another one of the employees, Ehsan, also stayed past his work time and gave advice on how to put the piano parts in the car and helped so much in doing it! He also was so nice and polite! If u want to get an instrument, I totally recommended getting it from the music gallery!

The Music Gallery in West Vancouver has a very nice selection of instruments to purchase and offers lessons. I also had my guitar repaired, and the technician turned out to be a perfectionist, I am soooo happy! The staff is friendly, thoughtful, and experts in the music field.

It was nice visit to this store. Owner was very professionally shows around shops. And My boyfriend had plenty of time to chose his life buddy guitar. Very convenient location from highway was bonus.

I highly recommend this shop for your music needs. We went there on a recommendation and understood why it had been highly recommended. The Customer Service was superb. We purchased a 4/4 violin for our daughter, her first. The staff were very warm and friendly, extremely helpful and gracious and knowledgeable on the subject matter. They helped us try out various options and then pick the best one possible for her skill level and our budget. We received a great deal from them.

Dropped in to see if they had a couple of small consumable accessories that are not (yet) listed on their website. They had exactly what I was looking for, in fact a choice of several. The person who assisted me could not have been more helpful and accommodating while being very efficient. The location is very convenient for bus routes, and they do have that mind-boggling red light-up grand piano as a centrepiece that is worth seeing (I didn't ask the price!) at least once in your life. I would happily shop there again when the need arises.

This is the best place to buy your music instruments. Staffs are friendly. Ehsan, their manager, is a fantastic person. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to address all of your concerns. When I was looking to buy a piano, for my daughter, he patiently explained all the qualifications of the different brands, so we could decide which one is the perfect fit for us. On the delivery day, he personally attended and made sure that piano is delivered and placed correctly. He did not stop there. Every time we go there, he happily helps us in maintaining our piano.
