I was searching online for dirt bike parts, and trying to find answers on getting a new factory size tank or an aftermarket tank, my bike is 22 years old and fuel tanks are discontinued through Yamaha, either that or the places I called just didn’t want to help, I’ve had that lots over the last couple years of searching for parts and answers. I called colin. Told him what I was dealing with, and what’s been going on, and what I’m wanting to do, He said to give him a bit and he’ll get back to me, Right. I’ve heard that before, A couple hours later he calls me back and tells me what he found. Sent me pics and was almost positive that it would work. Well. I bit the bullet on the chance that everything would fit. He ordered everything in. My seat had to be made because we were doing a conversion from a WR to a YZ, I contacted him a few days later to see how things were going on his end. He said everything was ready to be shipped, It was shipped out that afternoon, And it arrived two days later. I put it all on my bike. The tank fits great, the seat fits great. And I’m very happy with service. Very informative about there products, very courteous, and there fast, I struggled to get parts and answers for three years about my bike, And Colin had answers and a solution with in minutes, We will definitely be buying from Colin again in the future. Good service from these guys, I ordered a new plastic gas tank for my Yamaha XT 225. The tank was excellent with good instructions for installation.

Great to find a west coast provider for all things dirt bike. I tried to find a skid plate for my 2020 KTM 300 thru the usual places. But everyone was out of stock. MX1 had them, and the customer support and delivery to my home was super easy. Highly reccomend.

So I ordered a part for my bike on a monday that was in stock looking t have it arrive within 11 days of ordering it as I work away and was planning on having it there for when i got home. The shipping address was to a location only an an hour and a half away. Made the order and later that day got the confirmation email. A week later I notice the funds have been refunded to my credit card so I call to see why.the first gentlemen tells me my order was deemed as fraudulent because the shipping address was different from the mailing address (even though on the website when entering this info they have an option box to ship to a different mailing address (my new address is rural and wouldnt ship there) and yet nobody from the company took two minutes to call me or write an email to me to inquire about the order, they just cancelled it.
Then they started to tell me I had entered in my billing info wrong.double checked and it was correct and my credit card accepted the payment.
Since i was in need of the part i inquired about how long the shipping would take and if i could pay to ship it faster. They claimed it would be a day or two max and they would ship it the very next morning. Just to be safe i called them the next morning to verify the order was accepted this time (exact same address's as the first order have both emails to prove it)
to which the order was. I inquired if it had shipped yet and they said no, product goes out at the end of the day.which is weird because I ordered it the day before just after noon and they didnt ship it at the end of the day. And of course to top it off (which is more on Canada posts hands at this point but theirs as well) the package isnt scheduled to arrive until this next Wednesday, 16 days after I ordered something that was to take two days to arrive. And now after reading the other review replies they will most likely say this is a fake review or it was my fault.either way, customer service is some of the worst ive run into in a while, maybe they are have a bad week, who knows. But they wont get my business again.

Really happy with the quality of products. Ordering process was easy. & the delivery came much quicker than expected. The Seat Concepts seat they offered was exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will look at making future purchases.

Incredible service and fast shipping

I ordered number plates and fork guards and was immediately notified when the plates I ordered were back ordered. They immediately let me switch to a new colour of plate and shipped the next day. No reason for all the bad reviews.

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews; my experience was great. First off, these guys stock a ton of aftermarket parts you're going to have a hell of a time finding anywhere else in Canada. I ordered a couple things for my DRZ400SM, they were shipped out the next day with tracking details and I received them the day after that! I really wasn't expecting to receive them so fast and the free shipping on top of that is great. I've spent upwards of $50-100 USD just for shipping, and conversion rates, duties etc.on top of that, just to get parts for my bike, so I'm stoked that I stumbled upon these guys before ordering from another American website!

Been almost a month and still don't have gas tank I will never order from them again the website said 7 to 10 days and still don't have it and they don't have it but they have my money riding season will be over before I get my order never again I don't recommend them to anyone Micky mouse outfit don't use them.in my opinion.

Couldnt be happier. I ordered a pair of giant loop saddle bags on holiday monday and they arrived thursday, even tho their was a covid delay warning. They kept me informed via email about my package and it couldnt have been better. Thanks again!

Ended up not buying the part, but the person on the phone did not want to sell something that was not going to work for me.steered me in the right direction.

3 weeks after placing an order i have made several attempts through e-mail and voicemail. The company ahs yet to answer any of my queries as to the status of my item. Customer service is completely lacking with thsi company.

EDIT: The morning after I posted this review customer service did reach out and answered my question on the Status of my order.

I bought some hand guards off this website, and they showed up used and repackaged. Colin said that they never do this and so I must be lying and therefore they won’t issue a refund or exchange

My order took 8 weeks to ship out.it’s almost the end of the riding season and my tires finally showed up.
