My Dentist at Morgan Creek

My first appointment with Dr Chan was great everyone was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The front end staff are very friendly and helpful.

My daughter had her first appointment today after we had decided to get a second opinion on treatment for two minor cavities. My husband and I were very happy with both the service and treatment recommendations offered by Dr. Winnie and her staff. Both Pav and Dr. Winnie we’re kind, knowledgeable and great with my daughter. She took her time, explained all of our options and provided a treatment plan that was far less aggressive than our previous dental clinic. Will be making this our regular dental office going forward.

Wonderful patient service. They explained everything very clearly to me and whole thing was very smooth.

Highly recommend this place for dental work, everyone is super helpful and great to deal with. Have to give extra praise to Preya for her exceptional work on my teeth and making sure I was very comfy and well taken care of during the process.

Our dentist has been an extension of our family since we moved to BC over 18 years ago. We love the staff and Dr. Potluri is absolutely fantastic! How often can you say you love going to the Dentist, well we do!

Always goes above and beyond to make sure I know every detail while I'm in the appointment.what's happening, how much it will cost, what I should expect. As someone with anxiety for seeing doctors/dentists, they really do a good job of making sure I'm comfortable.

Love this place! Amazing staff! I always feel welcome, and the front counter is very friendly and efficient! Love my hygienist and dentist. It is a pretty cool place you can watch TV while getting your teeth checked.

Just had my first visit after moving to the area. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from the first call to the handling of the billing. Highly recommend.

Even though it may be pricey, the professional attention and care that I received was well worth it! The dentist and technician gave me tons of information up front so that I would make an informed decision. This was particularly important as I have an implant in my upper front area that is very visible. The results were perfect. It was also worth having this done in-house rather than at home where I would have struggled no doubt with the whole procedure and it would have been messy. This way it was over and done in just over an hour. And my teeth are sparkling white! Can't thank you enough!

I do not like going to the dentist. I have had a few bad experiences with dental practices that have kept me away from that part of proper dental health. My wife is the same. Thankfully we both have good teeth. After quite a hiatus since our last visits we decided to try a new dentist together at “My Dentist at Morgan Creek”. What a breath of fresh air for both of us! We had different hygienists but our dentist was the same. Both were thorough, quick and most of all they settled our fears of dentists and dental offices. My hygienist Aman was perhaps the best I have ever experienced. She was gentle, friendly, communicative and did an excellent job with very little complaint. She was also very understanding and patient of my phobia. We both had the same dentist, Danny, who was quick, communicative, gentle and thorough. He identified my previous issues and let me know about the new and possible future ones. I definitely am looking forward to continuing with them.

I am super embarrassed and ashamed to say I have not stepped foot in a dentist office for ten years due to major childhood dental trauma, but today changed that. I was extremely blessed to see Dr Winnie Chan and she was an absolute angel. She’s so understanding and patient, and she explained step by step what she was doing. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment so I can get my dental health back on track.
