We can’t thank you enough for our daughter. We have seen major improvements in every aspects in our child’s development.

I’ve tried to contact them multiple times for speech therapy. I was told first that someone will call me back in 15 minutes and no one did, then when I called the next day I was told to text my details to their phone number. Few days have gone by and nothing. First time I have seen a business not wanting business.

Farah and her team have been nothing but supportive. They have put the effort in to find how they can help with my child’s education and development. Her team includes Dr Amro, who in just a few weeks helped us significantly. We are grateful to have them care for our child as if it was their own.

I registred my 3 years old daughter in April for speech therapy. I paid $200 dollars and therapist said he ll send me questionaire before giving his assessment. 3 weeks have been passed and still did not receive email with questionaire. I emailed office 2 times using contact us form but no one contacted me back. After 3 weeks I called today and lady over the phone said I cant see any notes. How will he remember after 3 weeks about my daughter's assesment? Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else who are more organized and care for your kids. I dont think I will be able to get correct assessment after paying 200 dollars.

Our son has been receiving ABA therapy from my empower therapy and he absolutely loves it! He’s happy going there and coming back home and we really couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s made since he’s started. We want to thank the entire empower team for being consistent and bringing him to the place he is in now.

The best clinic for the children. We were getting hard time toilet training our daughter. They toilet trained our daughter in the span of just 18 days in very smooth manner. Ms. Farah and her team had done a tremendous job. They are very polite snd friendly.

My Empower Therapy centre is such an incredible place! This therapy centre was recommended to us by a mom's group when we were really struggling at a previous local therapy clinic. We cannot stress enough the incredible impact that the Behavior therapy and OT (occupational therapy) with Ms Farah, Marjun and team have made not only in our daily lives. And also in the immense overall changes and improvements, confidence, independence, communication and happiness of our daughter.

My Empower Therapy goes above and beyond! We were at a nearby clinic for almost 11 months prior and unfortunately there were such minor improvements that were really hard to notice. Our son was not happy and developed more behaviours and delays. We started therapy services here just 5 months ago, and there is already a remarkable improvement in our son. The director does the best job of assigning each child with the best and most suitable therapist for that individual child and ensures it is generalized across other therapists to avoid attachment challenges. They never cancel our sessions and are so efficient and courteous. We feel comfortable seeing how happy our son now is. Our child has improved tremendously in all aspects and it is all thanks to team my Empower!

Our BCBA has been a great support this past year, and is always willing to help and guide me for every little and big challenges we have. The therapists are the backbone and really go above and beyond for us and other families. The director is a gem of a person and actually cares for the children more than anything else. She paired us with the best therapists, BC, OT, SLP and ensures that my child’s needs are always met. The admin is very responsive and endures all of my scheduling headaches and challenges without giving me any issues. I feel I would be lost without their services and can’t find the words to thank them all enough. Highly recommend and LOVE this clinic

Farah is someone who is truly passionate and genuine about helping children improve their abilities and overall quality of life. She has helped my child and family in unimaginable ways and we are so so so so thankful! We have seen many positive changes and appreciate support we have received.

My niece and nephew are enrolled with empower therapy. Farah’s and her teams engaged approach is very precise. Anytime I pick up the kids from school they are able to answer exactly what they learned in the day. We are so happy with the outcome we couldn’t find a better place to help them with all there needs. A child spends more time with there teachers then there own parents day to day and there is nobody I would trust other then My Empower therapy. Keep up the good work Thank you.

This clinic is a wonderful happy Place. My daughter has been doing her ABA, Speech and occupational therapy there since she was diagnosed with Autism at 2 1/2 years old and I can’t imagine how lost we would be without them. They have been a blessing to our entire family,

I can see a big changes in my 2 boys. Is just because of My Empower Therapy. My 8 years old has a problem with Behaviour and his school work. From the time he started attending this clinic he has no problem with his behaviour and doing his school work. Farah and her teams is best and I really appreciate them for all their hard works they did for my kids.

First time here. They're friendly but we didn't feel welcome here. They left us in the messy waiting room for 15 minutes when someone came and just said "we're gonna take your kid, you wait here". Wait, what is happening? No explanations, no talks, you're taking my kid. Hummmm. I'm leaving. Sorry.

I worked with Farah to hire a few interns for her organization. She is a very honest and reliable. I have had a great experience working with her.

Feeling grateful everyday that my empower therapy came into our life and changed our life as our child transformed in the speech skills

My son was recently diagnosed with autism and global developmental delay. This centre has truly done wonders for us. We were so lost and overwhelmed, right from our intake appointment until now (8 months) there has been a tremendous improvement in my son. They offer all the services a child needs and do their best to accommodate my constantly changing schedule. I am so thankful to the entire team for making this happen. Their approach works, and Farah is very knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and professional. The entire team cares and I would say, goes above and beyond. I highly appreciate and recommend this centre to other parents that are in our shoes.

The level of professionalism at this centre is second to none. Farah is a true pioneer in her profession. She has worked nothing but miracles. Ms Farrah Rattans, has been my son's behavioral interventionist since he was 6 years old (he is 10 now). He has (ASD) since birth and Ms Farrah has been instrumental on his improvement. Her dedication, patience, perseverance, and hardwork paid off and I am forever grateful to her, She is a heaven sent to our family

They have NO certified BCBA or any professional and they charged $110 even just for the consultation. They are charging the price of BCBA ($100-1$120 per session 1hr) for all the BIs in the company. Daylight robbery actually! Doesn’t allow parents inside to see what actually happens with kids. Horrible experience as the management there is only after money. All the positive reviews here are by their family and friends. Will never send my child there again!

I paid 250 plus taxes for 3 one hour sessions per week which is not around $50

NO you didn’t mention regarding the BCBA until i kept asking you after a lot of sessions
$250 for 3 one hour sessions a week for BI is it a fair price?

NO, you guys didn’t offer home sessions and neither did you share any videos of my kid doing anything good inside your centre.

Yes someone recommended and Thank you for reminding i will have to let them know as well.otherwise I am sure they might be related to you that is the reason for recommendation.

I believe this is the best institution available for my child in the whole of BC. I am so thrilled and pleased with the effort this team has put with my child. Very organized, they know what they do, very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and all of their services.

Great staff, very innovative methods to therapy. Lots of group activities and social bonding for a the children, which can help them create friendships and other important aspects such as teamwork and joint playtime. This method of therapy to go with the 1-1 is very effective. I am very pleased with them.
