MyVisaSource is a very unprofessional and fradulent organization. I had acquired the services of them last year. Due to their negligence I was denied an opportunity to obtain my Permanent Residency. The people who were dealing with my file were employees of MyVisaSource named Trevor denette thorp, Adam Abouelwafa. These employees never mentioned to me that my police certificate was incorrect. Due to this reason my express entry profile was denied by the IRCC. Another predicament which I faced because of MyVisaSource is that, to communicate with them is a very significant problem, since they only communicate through emails after two to five days from the time they receive the emails containing the questions.

Max Ringler was super helpful with my case. His response were prompt and reassuring. You could tell he genuinely cared. Even though my issue was resolved without legal intervention he was happy to have been of help.

It was a nice experience talking with him. Received authentic information. Would surely work with him.

Helped answer questions faster than any other firm I reached out to. Everyone wanted to be paid before I spoke to someone. Spent a good bit of time on the phone with me knowing that we weren’t going to hire them since our case was simple and they answered all our concerns. Buyers beware! We paid 10k and 4 years later we have nothing to show for it.and for our money back? Not a penny.

Hire them in May of 2018 submitted in when they guaranteed us that the Visa would be approved it was rejected in 2019

reapplied after they advised us to which took over a year bc the original assistant didn't do it properly. Finally submitted in March of 2021 which was rejected bc it was submitted to the wrong department. They were advised to resubmit it.

Over the next two years I asked, emailed, followed up kept getting told that they were reaching out and there was no information

In March of 2023, we contacted service Canada ourselves and they informed us that it had been closed in may of 2021 bc is was not submitted properly.

My visa source was given an opportunity to prove that they had 'resubmitted' it but didn't provide any evidence to service Canada.

After a conference call between my visa and service Canada it was proven that my visa had in fact not done their job.

When asked for a reimbursement they stated that they had already spent above and beyond on their end of the contract and would not offer any reimbursement.

A great firm. We had some time-sensitive legal process and they were extremely helpful. In particular, I'd like to thank Mr. Bara Abu who is very knowledgeable and was very helpful to us reaching a decision on how to proceed, with several phone consultations, free of charge. I found MVS after an online search for a reputable immigration firm here in Vancouver. I have worked with two Canadian immigration firms prior to MVS and both did not have the knowledge needed and the first one gave me incorrect information, which could have turned out badly. Upon finding MVS, they were very on the ball with what I needed to provide and due to time constraints, helped me quickly turn around my documents and filing for two permits. All communication was done online so that could be tricky, however I understand that is for tracking purposes and a paper trail. Overall, I am grateful for their knowledge and assistance and would recommend patterning with MVS.

After three months, they just wasted my time! I did not receive any response from Catherine or Mark regarding my case, despite of providing them all the information they needed, I called them several times and emailed them and zero response from them!

Incredibly valuable resource! We used MVS to apply for Permanent Resident status in Canada.
Specifically assisting us was Harley and Natasha who did a wonderful job giving us all of the correct information needed to apply, walking us through several corrections and iterations and submitting the paperwork to IRC/Canada.
Although their service is not cheap, they do a great/thorough job and we successfully received Canadian PR.

I fill out a form online for a free consultation they call me in an hour which is great. Helped me out on the phone then I asked about the pricing and was told that I need to schedule a consultation call and that's when I can get a quote. Said ok scheduled for 2 o'clock today no one calls. I call in they transfer me, the person who answers is talking as if he has no clue there was a consultation scheduled and is the same person I spoke with the other day. Now I am like so we had done the consultation then why was I given a separate appointment if this is not a different person? I mean I am looking for someone to work with and this is a very unprofessional first impression. It's just weird.

From the day of submission, the estimated processing time was 39-40days. Til now, the IRCC processing time has jumped to 81 days. I kept waiting and waiting for the WP to be approved. I had pushed the team since the beginning of this application given that the previous application earlier this year was delayed and I was very unpleasant. I have to say that I am so frustrated i know of course the processing time was beyond your control. In fact the team could have absolutely taken my case more seriously since I had always followed up myself and wish there was no more delay on this application.my child’s medical is currently invalid because the travel doc had been expired. I think this situation could’ve been avoided like last time my coop WP got delayed, I would have failed my study. Again i was told you couldn’t control the time, but you definitely can do better by looking at it seriously before the application - I wish I had not hired the service.it feels like the money is wasted.

My path towards PR was a 2 year long process, and am glad to have found someone as responsive and professional as Trevor and Bata and everyone else working here. Since the beginning of the process me and Trevor have been in consistent contact, would always receive a reply in about three business days, and they have not been wrong about any recommendation they have made once, my PR was finally accepted and it was all thanks to these guys.
