I have chronic back pain due to being 62, female, and I'm physically small with a physical job. I have tried EVERYTHING for pain control from acupuncture to physio therapy, to prescription anti inflammatory, pain pills, leading to opiate use. This is the best and most affordable option for pain with no long term affects. It's really quite amazing. Staff is friendly and very professional.

I have been going - on and off - over the past 2 years to the Myo clinic. They have helped me immensely with lower back pain on both my left and right side (different causes). I'm currently going to help with neck and shoulder pain, as well muscle stiffness after knee replacement surgery. It works and makes the momentary discomfort worth it

I've always felt respected by all the doctors at the Myo Clinic. It also makes me feel safe that there is always another person in the room taking notes. I wish my pain would go away faster, but I am noticing shifts in the tension in my body and trusting the process.

Dr. Roome is very knowledgeable and knows exactly where the problem is and how to resolve it. She is highly professional and very easy to talk to. Thanks to her, I am a believer!

Dr Roome is a caring compassionate practitioner. Really knows what she is doing. I still marvel at my life without constant pain. If you suffer from chronic back pain, you know what it's like to sneeze and end up unable to find relief from the ensuing pain. All that is gone. I just can't believe that I'm free of pain after over three decades.
Yes the procedure stings a bit but only for a moment and what you get back on your little bit if a sting, is a drastic reduction in pain. Usually 3/4 sessions of 10 minutes each. That was my experience.

I met Dr. Liesl Roome last September. I was in extreme pain and limited in mobility. I needed a hip replacement but the pain extended down my leg and into my back. After two sessions with Dr. Roome the muscles released and the only pain that remained was the arthritic joint. I was able to go for physio therapy to get the muscles in shape for a successful surgery. I wouldn't have been able to do this before the injections.
I had the surgery May 24th and went back to Dr. Roome September 5th. She was able to release a muscle that was causing issues and also start treatment for scar tissue on the incision. 3 1/2 hours after the treatment I have no muscle pain. What a relief!
Dr. Roome is extremely professional and knowledgable.
I highly recommend her and the Myo Clinic methods. They are a game changer for me!

You must commit.it is not a totally painless experience. If you find yourself there it is because your entire life is not a painless experience.so stay on course it does work. Get your life back.

Dr. Roome is exceptional. She was able to completely eliminate chronic muscular back pain when no other treatment modality had been even remotely successful. I had been suffering for years and had spent lots of money and time searching for a solution. Several visits to her clinic in Brentwood spaced over a period of months brought me to a pain-free state of comfort and function. I’m so grateful.
For me, clinical sessions consisted of initial assessment and diagnosis of the problem area followed by a series of multiple, quick, needle punctures through the skin into the underlying muscle and fascia. This “disruption” to the tissues stimulates a structural rebuilding exactly where it is needed. Expect to be achey and sore after treatment. However, within a day or two, you will notice definite improvement. The number of visits you’ll need will likely be based on your initial condition and the extent of tissue damage you have.
I can’t tell you that this treatment modality is painless. It definitely can feel a bit “spicey” or “sparky” but, believe me, a little discomfort leads to tremendous improvement. Dr. Roome works quickly and well. A little pain leads to a lot of gain - totally worth it. (Just do it!)

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for over eight years. I had two spinal surgeries that basically left me with this. Since then, my body has been fighting against itself creating massive muscle tentions that has unbalanced normal bone postures.

For over a decade, I have been through many forms of treatment and participated in chronic pain clinics which were all very helpful. But nothing provided lasting relief like the Myo clinic provides. I'm still a work in progress and there are more treatments to come that I'm looking forward to. This is the only procedure that has shown positive response with my issues.
