Had an appt at 3: 30, get in close to 4 then wait and they rush us through, seen the doctor for 2 minutes as she is rushing us out because they close at 5. They didn't prep for appt as past history was there but they didn't have medication history. I agree, they don't seem to care if you were a past patient. She couldn't take the time to explain things to our son who has ASD and needs to know why he needs braces rather than just being told he does. She was rushed and not kid friendly. I find them more All Business since they became a Corporation. Felt like we were just a paycheque.

Very attentive and connected to the patients. You can really tell they want to very best outcome for your care and are committed to getting that!

This has been my orthodontist for years! Beyond happy with my outcome. Great customer service, kind staff, and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!:)

They created a mold for my retainer. And when it came in, the retainer did not cover my wisdom teeth. The doctors checked the retainer on my teeth and said it was excellent (it was far from excellent) Two weeks later after wearing my retainer, (I investigates the issue myself and found that my wisdom teeth grew a couple of mm more than the other teeth because the retainer didn't cover them). This resulted in a locked jaw/TMJ issue. I went back to the orthodontist and they advised that the retainer should have covered all my teeth and when I told them I has a locked jaw because of this issue they said it wasn't their fault and they blamed me. They also said, it has nothing to do with the retainer or the wisdom teeth growing a couple of mm. I had to deal with a locked jaw and spent over $1000 in physio and still my issue wasn't solved. This Orthodontist didn't care and they didn't help resolve the issue because I already paid the full fee of my Invisalign. This issue lasted for 8 months - unable to eat, chew or bite anything - had soft foods only like porridge for months. I went to another Orthodontist and they were really amazing! They didn't blame me and solved the problem immediately by actually shaving my wisdom teeth down so they were the same height as my other teeth. This solved all my problems. I do not recommend them. If you don't want a locked jaw or TMJ issues - do not go to them. When you have these issues they don't ever go away and you have manage around it. So be careful when you get invisalign or a retainer - go to a doctor that knows what they are doing.

I had an excellent experience at this location. Amazing and supportive staff and they made me feel very comfortable.

Could not ask for a friendlier staff and Dr. Dhol's vibes rock! There is NO WHERE else you should go to for braces.

Langley Orthodontist made my teeth 100 times better and now I feel great about my smile I definitely recommend coming here it is so great for all of your teeth needs. Also the staff are super kind, Friendly and well coming if I could give more stars I would it is the greatest place for your teeth!

We had a great first experience. Jody, Kristy and Cat were welcoming, knowledgeable and warm to deal with. The added word search was a hit with our 10 year old. Look forward to future treatments with myorthodontist.

MyOrthodontist Langley has been helping my son for almost two years, palate expanders and braces. They have been so kind and patient with him, and his smile has changed so much! Couldn’t be happier with the results so far! He says they’re the best Orthodontist?

My daughter is getting her crossbite fixed from myorthodontist Langley. Our experience has been really good so far. They were able to accommodate us quickly when we had couple of emergencies. Been going myOrthodontist Langley for years now, always impressed and super comfortable there! Gentle and quick. All of staff are amazing, feels like one big family. Got braces off today, can confidently say I’ll miss my ortho visits. Definitely recommend!

My Orthodontist has always been a great team of orthodontists. Both my daughter and my son have received orthodontic treatments from them. They both have amazing smiles now!

My kids attend myOrthodontist for their orthodontics and we have had nothing but exceptionally good experiences from the start. They always feel comfortable with the assistants and Dr. Dohl, who is so friendly and great at explaining everything. The online booking and direct billing to the insurance company is so easy and convenient. I trust my kids teeth and smiles are in Dr. Dohl and his wonderful teams very capable and experienced hands. Highly recommend!
