myORTHODONTIST Maple Ridge

I didn't mind going here, for years they would do a check up and say my teeth were fine and had no problems, but the last time I went half a year ago they randomly said that my teeth had a problem and recommended me have surgery that would cost over $5,000 and all the surgery would apperantly would make my teeth allignment a bit nicer, haven't been there since.

The place is great! Very nice staff, and professional. Very high standard, and well taken care of, clean nice. Plus staff uses positive encouragement to get children to keep their dental hygiene.

We came to this office for the first time yesterday, my son had a fantastic experience. We were given so much information in very clear detail about his future treatment.

We are looking forward to this orthodontic journey!:) Thank you, myOrthodontist team!

Both my son and daughter needed braces and myorthodontist in Maple Ridge was excellent. They made the whole experience very pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Their teeth look even better now.

Couldn’t have chose a better Ortho practice to bring my children. Were very happy with their treatments and also the staff is absolutely wonderful. Totally recommend them.

My 2 sons 10 and 12 are both having great experience here.staff is all friendly. Both boys always leave laughing and joking with who ever was working on there teeth.
They love the points prize system and competing with each other who can get more. Thanks for the work on their teeth so far and the work that has to be done over the next year or two.

I went to My Orthodontist Maple Ridge after seeing another orthodontist and everything was better! I was greeted by wonderful woman who told me all the information I needed and then over to Jennifer Inch who was fantastic. Jennifer took the time with my girls and explained everything that was missed at the last orthodontist, she even showed an issue with my girls that needed to be addressed asap. Jennifer walked me through everything and then showed me the payment plan…. It was thousands less then my girls current orthodontist!
This whole experience was wonderfully life changing and I finally feel like I can breath again…financially!

This was my first time visiting the practice for a consultation. I was referred by my dentist and my sister so I was anticipating a good experience.
From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome; they’re very attentive and professional.
They were busy but there was always someone taking care of me, explaining me what was going on and what I needed.

Prompt, friendly and professional treatment. They take the time to let you know what’s happening with your mouth and why. Both kids go here and we would highly recommend them to others!

Myself and 2 children all attend this clinic and they are fantastic. The staff are all super friendly and they try to be as flexible as possible for last minute changes in schedule, which is very appreciated! The orthodontists have changed over the past 2 years but the continuity of care is seamless and attention to detail is never overlooked. My youngest is very motivated by their points/prize system and always eager to attend appointments. Oh, and the fresh baked cookies at the end of the appointment are a delicious bonus!

All the staff were absolutely amazing and made my son feel at ease about starting his orthodontic treatment. Lisa did a great job with the pictures and was professional and caring. Kristy was thorough and understanding in how she explained everything to my son and I. She even showed some videos to better explain what my son would be getting. We are very happy to be starting our orthodontic journey with My Orthodontist! Highly recommend them

All the staff here is fabulous! I was an adult patient here along with all four of my kids 16,14,9 & 6 and our experience has been great.

Our experience here at My Orthodontist has been nothing but exceptional from our first visit. My daughter is getting her braces removed today and we’re sad to not have to come back anymore. The staff are friendly, helpful and always make my daughter and I feel comfortable. We would highly recommended coming here for any Ortho needs.
