My family and I travelled with Naasir travel to Jerusalem-Jordan and Saudia Arabia. We did the tri-haram package. Alhamdulliah we were very pleased with the travel services especially the hotels and tours provided. It was a very smooth and pleasant trip with no issues. My parents really liked how close to all the mosques we were since they cannot walk far distances. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and kind.

We had a 1 day layover in Istanbul and everything from hotel accommodation and transportation was arranged quickly.

Would highly recommend to travel with them, especially with family and friends. Everything is taken care of and you can enjoy your vacation stress free. We would now be planning our next trip with them inshallah.

Alhamdullilah, this has been my first group trip and first time preforming umrah. I really have to emphasize how great and educational the tour was. Alhamdulilla, my elderly parents and I recently came back from our Umrah trip, which included a side trip to Morroco, Qatar, and Riyad. This was our third Umrah trip with Naasir Travel. Brother Naasir and his group took care of all flights, accommodations, and tours. Flights were planned to account for fewer layovers. Accommodations were all fabulous 5 star hotels centrally located to all  attractions and mosques. The tour guides in each city were friendly and very knowledgeable.   It was a trip that we will always remember.

The one thing that stands out the most is Brother Naasir compassion and thoughtfulness. As I mentioned, my parents are elderly. (78 and 80 years old) Brother Naasir made the trip enjoyable for them. Ensuring their comfort and safety. I truly appreciate his efforts in making this the best trip for my parents and myself. I would highly recommend Naasir Travels for your next Umrah! My family is already planning another! Insha'Allah.

Amazing Umrah package that was put together. Everything was well laid out with a great Imam leading the group. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the 2019 VIP hajj package had nothing to do with VIP other than the name and the $13800 we paid to get a low quality service with very little truth of what was stated in the package. Same package was $11800 in other companies.
Enormous amount of delays due to poor organizational skills and the attempt to reduce the cost to the company which by the way is not licensed to perform such trips so they used Pan Ex name to fit us in. To me that is fraudulent.
The trip was supposed to start Aug 4th, ends Aug 19th, lie, started Aug 3rd ended with agony and long delays and waitings in airports, and Dubai on Aug 21 just to save the company few dollars. A travel agent that cant deliver shorter trips for VIP packages should not be in business. Flight hub would have done much better.
Since day one I tried to communicate with the company regarding the flights, I had no response, sent out 2 emails but no response, the only good communication was when I wired the money to them they were on it by the second.
Once they got your money you work for them not the other way round, they bully you if you disagree or complain, infact the I felt like dealing with a third world politician that thinks he is always right, every thing goes wrong they blame the Saudie’s. Very disappointing, very disrespectful, very money oriented company with little to offer.
The worst experience was in Mina, the tents were not air conditioned as stated in package, another lie, situated across from the camp toilets so you can imagine the smell, you have only 14” space if not less for each individual. Very unhealthy, very uncomfortable just to save more, in that camp there were much better air conditioned tents with better lay out.
The trip from Mecca to Madina was done in a bus that was not road worthy, I have pictures of the disgusting state of that bus which again was supposed to be VIP bus, more lies, that trip started around 12: 30 pm yet the company wanted our luggage at 10 pm the night before how professional is that? , then the trip from Madina to Jedda started 4: 30 am and by the time we reached Jedda airport we had to wait 7 hours to catch flight to Dubai which in turn was a disaster as we literally had to run after the shuttle bus to go to the 2 star airport hotel, we reached there at 1 am, so we started at Madina 4: 30 am reached Dubai 1 am next day, very VIP.
Then the next day the agonizing trip back to Canada that took 23 hours all-together, whereas we could have flown out from Madina airport directly but that would have been less profitable for the company.

The hotels in Mecca and Madina were 5 stars hotels in names as the rooms were small, stunk, drains were blocked, and dirty dirty dirty. The hotels are for mass population with no service to mention and why the Nassir travel agent lived in a different floor than the group I have no idea other than to speculate he knows what we got for rooms.
Again it was very disappointing to get the lowest quality service for such a holly occasion.

Best experience with this travel agent brother naasir has fulfilled his responsibilities by taking care of a group of 44 people. He makes sure everyone has a good time and is able to strategically handle tough situations along with keeping the group together and happy. If anything traveling with this group is like traveling with family thanks to him. As for our destinations all 3 were amazing he really gave me a different presepective on how people were living and the history behind it.throughout all the places I have traveled to this one really gave me a different insight on how the world is and how fortunate I am to live the life I am living. May allah keep his business successful. Inshallah I will be going on many trips with him again.

The best experience me and my family have had brother Naasir has really taken great care of us making sure the whole group no matter how big or small is taken care of and accounted for. From hotels to restaurants and tours and something extra here and there. He is experienced and knows about what he’s doing. The way he takes care of the group is just like taking care of one big family. He’s cool and calm when unfortunate things come up such as the security at the airport not letting us go or being late for the buss. He really handles everything with great care and responsibility I literally tear up when talking about how much he has taken care of us to make sure our umrah and travels are safe and joyful. May Allah give barakah in his work and may Allah give him a successful career. I will be definitely be going for many trips to come inshaallah
