Nail All Season

I got my nails done here this morning. I am so happy with how my nails look. James did a great job. This will be my new salon

Came in and they did an incredible job on my nails with hand painting! 10/10 and very friendly!

Did a okay job but they are crooked, left a bump at the tip of the my acrylic nail and cut the nail sideways.

My cousin and I went here for some gel
Polish and a clean up. We were able to
Walk in which was awesome. It was quick and everyone was friendly. I felt the technicians cared about doing a great job and it shows. Over a week later and my nails still look amazing! Definitely recommend them and thank you!

Lovely little salon, I always feel looked after here! Professional facial waxing services, they do a great job on masc/femme nails - whichever your preference is!

James is the best. I haven't been getting my nails professionally done for very long.some sets I have really not liked.but these ones! YES! James was polite and a lot of fun. Can't wait till the next set (those ghosts! Hahah all hand done)

I went in for a manicure to give myself a treat. I will Never Ever Come Here Again! My Nail Polish Came Off In 2 Days! Went back in and they repaired it! But Told Me That’s Normal! I Said It’s Not And They Will Not Guarantee There Work On This Work They Did! I Was Super Careful With My Nails. I Gave this A 1 Star Rating Just To Be Nice! I Rather Have Gave Nothing! All I Can Say Is Don’t Go Here If You Want Nice Work!

The only place I go to get my nails done. John and his family are amazing. They go above and beyond. My mom actually said the pedicure was better than an expensive local spa's

Made an appointment with the owner, John, for pedi/mani combo on a referral from a friend. Was disappointed all the way around. Disappointed in the actual service for my pedi: was only very minimal service in the actual pedicure in my feet - polish application was very sloppily applied, shaping and cleaning was sloppy.

Manicure was the same. Poor shaping of my nails, very rough edges, poor application of polish and polish left on my skin.

Ended up having to come home, remove the polish and apply my own.

Will not return to this salon.

I love the drop in feature available in the shop. It's clean, the staff are well trained and quick with their service.

I went in to get my legs waxed. Very lovely staff! Happy with the results and will for sure go back.

Most of the time this place is great.but the young boys aren’t very good. They are just ok at pedicures but I wouldn’t get a manicure again with them.

Quick and friendly service. The technician did not even ask or try to get all the callouses off my feet and the polish chipped the next day

If my nails had come out beautifully I would be less disappointed with how I was treated here but they didn't, and they're for my graduation. The one nail I had to have reconstructed has a thick, cloudy crust underneath it and has two large bubbles in it (see photo), after the gentleman doing my nails criticized my old nails for having bubbles. The nails on my right hand are all misshapen. There is a piece of red glitter sealed into a nail on my left hand. To fix my broken nail a different technician tried to glue a plastic nail onto the nail bed (my other nails are gel, not acrylic) that was a completely different shape. I was told throughout the process that I should be getting acrylic nails done instead of gel because they're better. The polish doesn't even cover my whole nail in some places, with gaps along the cuticle, even though I asked him twice to please cover the whole nail. This isn't even everything that went wrong. I left so upset.

Sadly i got cellulitis from this nail salon. Ive been going here for yrs.on may 27th i had a mani pedi. 3 days later i ended up in Emerg with cellutitis.im now on antibiotics for a week after a dose of IV antibiotics. I get this can happen anywhere. But im not the first person to get an infection from this place. Sadly i will need to move on. I posted this because calling the salon to report it would be pointless and i didnt want to show up and freak out a bunch of people. Make your own decision

Got shellac nails done with gel top coat.not even a week later they are peeling off.every nail is peeling.very poor quality products apparently.do not recommend

Unfortunately, my acrylic nail had already fallen off by the time I had paid, they accommodated this (fixed it) and I understand one offs happen. Another nail had fallen off by the time I got home. Unfortunate. Will possibly try again.

John was fantastic! My mom and I went without an appointment and they took us in. I show John a photo of the nails I wanted. And that's exactly what I got. Plus my mom doesn't speak English very well and they were super nice to her too! I'm so happy!

I always get my nails done here. They accomodate large groups for pedicures. And they are all so nice. I literally get compliments on my nails every time.

I love on the north end of Vancouver island and o would rather come here to get my nails done anywhere else. A 6 hour drive just to get my nails done

Worst experience. I remember it was around Christmas time. I had gone in to get my nails done. The lady working on me kept wanting to suggest Christmas nails. I wasnt in the Christmas spirit and wanted to get black nails.she was in total shock that I wanted black.once she started working on my nails. I asked if we could do my ring fingers an all over sparkle colour.she asked me 3 times if I was sure and had this look on her face like she did not want to do it.and then proceeded to talk in her language to the person next to her.laughing about it and saying sparkle every couple seconds and laughing with one another. I'm sorry but that is extremely unprofessional to laugh about a client that is sitting right in front of you.just because I dont speak your language doesn't mean that I don't know that your not only talking about me but also laughing at me with your co workers.
NEVER GOING BACK.

Nails all season is easily accommodating for same day appointments and groups that want to start service at the same time. They have 6 stations for nails and 9 for pedicures, so calling ahead can allow them to have enough staff. Fair prices and a decent color selection for gel and regular polish. The pedicures are done with care and they really are deluxe. Airbrush, powder, gel, sculpted nails. Facials, waxing available. The main positive for me is that they properly clean all the tools and surfaces. One negative was that I did my lashes here once, while the application was flawless, the quality of the actual lashes is lacking and I found myself trying to pick them off, they looked really good though.
Also offers microblading and extras for hands and feet like hot stone massage and paraffin.
Comfortable atmosphere, music and magazines.
