Nail Art 360

Based on the high reviews I opted to go here instead of my regular nail salon, worst decision ever!

They used an almond shaped brand of nail I'm not familiar with and that looked fairly cheap. While she was nice enough I had to explain to the girl doing my nails several times that 2 of them were extremely crooked, which she just did not seem to understand, but eventually those 2 nails were redone. I was a bit frustrated and wanted to walk out already at this point, but opted to give her the benefit of the doubt and stay.in retrospect, I really should've walked.: (There was no cuticle prep, or aftercare what-so-ever as well. The end product was oddly shaped and very uneven nails, the simple design I requested was very poorly executed. I'm extremely non-confrontational and standing up for myself just to get the 2 nails redone was hard enough for me to handle, when I left I was holding back tears.

I don't know how they are so highly rated; I won't ever return here.

This is the best manicure I've ever had, and it was so good came back to have the same thing done a second time. 10/10 recommend.

The work was amazing! The gel stayed for over 3 weeks and it was great and I am sure it would have stayed longer! But I wanted to change the color for Fall. Highly recommend

Anna did my nails. They get me in just last minute. It was such a amazing experience by getting nails done from Anna.

Sad that this was not the greatest experience because I used to love it here. Moved back, tried it out and wasn’t happy leaving. One person asked me what I wanted and I told her hand and feet gel polish. A different lady did my feet, barely spoke to me, in such a rush. Was done so fast and they’re not great. When I told her about wanting my hands done, she seemed so annoyed. She said I needed to tell her ahead but when I told her, I told the person who asked me in the beginning, she didn’t seem happy. Then someone else did my hands and did an awful job. They’re so bumpy and weird. I’m going to have it taken off somewhere else. But yeah too bad. They were so busy, maybe that’s why. But yeah can’t believe I paid $125 for it.

Terrible service! Brought our stagette party to get nails. Everyone in our party got their services and I got completely ignored! Thankful I didn't waste my money on their terrible looking nails!

I prefer to come here to get my nails done because the girl who does it was pretty good at it but the last 2 times I went, I honestly did not like their work. I didn’t really have time to clearly examine my nails because they didn’t want it out of the UV nail lamps, which was odd. I only had time to check it after which did not only looked bad but was poorly done and they removed too much of the sides while cleaning that my one of em bled. Oh well, time to look for a new place. Thank you

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 4 years and unfortunately I won’t be coming back: (Booked for an acrylic fill as I always do for 11: 15. As usual they always overbook and take too many walk ins. It’s always chaotic but I’ve never complained because the nails are for the most part always good. My appointment took 3 hours which is a crazy amount of time. I’ve had the same design done in an hour and a half before from a diff tech. A lady beside me was getting understandably upset because she had booked for her appointment and was made to wait for 40 minutes which is the norm from what I’ve seen. The owner (who did my nails) then tells me that if I book then I have have to tell them I have long nails and that she didn’t know it would take that long and blamed me for the reason the lady was waiting so long. Well girly I didn’t know it would take that long either and I’ve been booking the same thing for 4 years without you ever saying that. I totally understand that you might be understaffed and very busy but then you should book accordingly and not take every drop on that walks in if you can’t do it. Also probably don’t blame ur customers for your mistakes. On top of that you were super rough with my nails. Really sucks because most of the techs do great nails but the customer service is just bizzare and horrible.

Worst service I've ever received. I was trying to ask for examples of what they have, they said they didn't have any, then finally showed me the samples of colours but would not tell me what art they could do or put on just kept getting frustrated but insisted on starting so I just tried to quickly come up with something, she angrily did it, then just put the payment machine in front of me didn't even tell me my nails were done, didn't do cuticle oil or clean them up or anything, just passed the machine while she was on the phone and I didn't tip because I couldn't believe how rude she was, and when she saw I didn't tip she said I couldn't come back. I assume she's the owner and what I assume was her husband and all the other staff were friendly but she was just rude and annoyed with me the entire time. I could barely understand anything she was saying. She also tried to act like she didn't know what I was talking about when I complained about one of my nails being completely uneven, I had to argue with her to even try to fix it and she still didn't fix it it's totally straight/flat on the side and annoys the hell out of me. She didn't paint the full nail properly and some even came off on the side right after. They charge random whatever they feel like at the time charges over and above what they advertise and my very basic fill was 65 dollars which is ridiculous when they were advertising full sets with colour for 45.all I got was "colour" no art at all. I figured since it's called nail "art" maybe they'd have some sort of examples or ideas that I didn't have to try to find on Google and them not be able to do. I didn't have a set appointment time I was going over, I just walked in because I wanted to be able to look and take my time and ask questions because I have no idea how any of it works. The paint I paid so much extra for started coming off within days. DO NOT GO HERE.

It took 2 hours to get the worst pedicure I've ever gotten, absolutely unorganized chaos going on in there.

They take too many walking and do not honour the scheduled appointments. I had a 4 o’clock appointment and asked for a specific person. I arrived at 4 and am still waiting @4: 28pm. No one answers questions and still am waiting for any acknowledgment. This salon is all about greed not quality.

Had an appointment, they were 10 minutes late. Started the first 5 mins then left me sitting there for 20 minutes while she did someone else’s nails! I asked what was happening and I was completely ignored! I asked again and still no response! Terrible service!

My friend from Australia got a fill.it's terrible.all lumpy and each nail is miss shapen AND took 2hrs.my pedicure was done with zero enthusiasm her back was affecting her performance because she was in so much discomfort.not impressed

Alway the best results here! Anna does a fabulous French manicure, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is experienced and always lovely.

Clean tools, friendly staff, speedy service, and some of the most beautiful nail art I've seen locally. They have great massage chairs for the pedicures, and really go above and beyond up give you that spa vibe in their busy mall salon.
