Experienced a fantastic manicure and pedicure session provided by Amy at the Nail Fx studio. This place has friendly and inviting atmosphere. I 100% recommend this place.

This is such an amazing place. Jessica does a fabulous job, she cares and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. Her nail art is amazing!

Love this place! My mom, sister and myself have gone for mostly pedicures for 10 years and we have always had an amazing experience and relationship with the original owner.

Professional and experienced staff. All the technicians -Christina, Kim and Vicky that I have tried so far are all very gentle, do a fantastic job with both manicure and pedicure, this is my go to place for almost a year now and I highly recommend anyone that wants a good nail salon. The place is very clean, very organized and a very relaxing environment. Lucy at the front desk is fantastic as well. Their motto is true, go as a client and leave as a friend. Love my nails every time I leave the place.

It was my first time, and I wouldn't suggest it. I waited for my turn until 3 despite having an appointment at 1: 45. Nobody approached me. When I left, one of the nail technicians approached me and asked me to come back. However, they soon became preoccupied with their other customers even tho she asked me to come back. Worst experience ever!

Glad i found this Studio, as it's so close to Home. Very clean and organized space. Appointment is necessary as they're quite busy, but very professional, with little waiting time. I'm quite pleased with my Nails done by Tina.

This nail salon is so inconsistent sometimes I have a good experience but most of the time the quality of the work isn't really up to standard in my opinion. Today i got charged for shellac removal even though I didn't have anything on my nails and booked in for a manicure with no take off

I love nailfx! Vicky is an amazing technician. Lucy is personable and makes all clients feel welcome. I have never had a bad experience here. The studio is clean and stylish. All employees are putting in extra safety protocols to ensure healthy clients:)

It was a great experience at the Nail FX Studio's. It's very clean and the quality is so good.they really did a great job with my nails and my friends nails. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to go to for shellac french nails. Also the nail art is beautiful!

Really nice service and good results, very happy with my visit. First time getting gel extensions I’m a while, left me a good impression. I did not follow my original plan but everything turned out better than I expected. Also costed less than expected (charged me $115 while some others charges around $140-150). Was there for around two hours since I wanted a lot of different things (felt sorry for whoever was waiting after me). Took me around 30 min to get there from my house but it was totally worth it, will visit again.

Have gone here before, a long time ago and back then I loved their service, now I come back and still impressed by them! Amy did an amazing job and more importantly how detailed she was from start to finish. She took her time and made sure my nails looked great! Highly recommend if you want a good job done! Ladies are kind and aren't there to do things in a hurry which I really appreciate. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth a couple more dollars for a way better job.

I can't recommend a nail salon more than NailFX. From first contact with Lucy to the end results, I am always a happy returning customer! They are never abrasive with my nails and have a wide range of colours for shellac nails. They did my wedding day nails and I'm really happy with how they turned out. Thank you!

Seems like they care about their regular customers more than making new customers. Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago, but they kept me waiting for 20 minutes (without telling me there would be any wait so I sat there staring at every estheticians walking by me) and then did a complete rush job on the shellac making it super bumpy.

I gave this place two tries and was disappointed both times. Prior to both visits, I called ahead and was very specific about what I was wanting. Once I arrived, I was told there "wasn't enough time" for the services I requested (ahead of time) and was rushed out. The nail techs did a very nice job on my nails each time, however the manager who answers the phones there must be missing many, many brain cells. They are way overpriced too, even after the "discount" I was given after complaining that I didn't receive the services I arranged for over the phone.

It was a relaxing experience. My nail technician did not rush me choosing my polish and she did an excellent job.

This was our first time going to Nails Fx and we weren’t disappointed. From the ambiance to the friendly customer service we will definitely be coming back. Our technicians took the time to perfect our manicure and pedicure we highly recommend.

Friendly, clean and great staff. They use this callous cream that works magic. I’ve been going here for 2+ years, had different ladies do my pedi and it’s great every time.

After over 5 years of loyalty to Nail Fx, I am disappointed in how staff treated me. I made appointments in advance and booked them according to my schedule. Then I’d walk in a get told the whole appointment that I am late so I would have to show the emails with the appointment times I booked to validate that I wasn’t late, but rather Lucy would change the appointments without notifying me.

It was frustrating that Lucy would come hover over me the entire appointment even when I kept my nails simple. I am a paying customer and she would put me down.

Then there was a awful smell in there. It was a chemical free nail studio, which rather smelled like someone was chain smoking in the back room cause it smelled so bad. Nails and smoking don’t mix well if your a tech.

I also sometimes was the last client or be the first client in, then I would see Lucy topping up the gel polishes from a no name bottle and would also be combining products rather than just cracking open new product. I am pretty sure that is not up to health standards. I was glad to never get any polishes because it was gross.

I don’t know why the staff was rude and completely trying to ignore all my concerns and instead they lost me as a customer. Hands down the worst studio I have been to.

Had the most awesome and welcoming time at nail FX! I broke a nail at work and called midday and they were so accommodating and squeezed me in that evening. They were so friendly and kind, the gentleman doing my nails was very thorough and gentle. I walked out with fresh nails and feeling refreshed! Awesome place they obviously care about their business and customers

My first time here today and think I’ve found my new go-to salon! So cute inside, no fumes, super nice staff (I believe it was Kathy that did my nails?). I showed her the shape I wanted and she nailed it (get it) I also said what kind of colour I was looking for and she suggested the perfect shade!

Super clean and great atmosphere. The technician that did my pedicure really took her time and I had the best pedicure. Will definitely be back.

Love my new nails! They mix their own base (for gels) and it is so stunning i left a few of my nails with just the base. I'm now hooked on getting my nails done.

Took my mom here to get gel nails with tips and they did more than we expected.my nails were gorgeous and they took their time. They stayed past closing time for us and it really shows they love what they do. The owner was also very sweet! This is my new nail salon forever!

I have been coming to Nail FX for years and know all the girls who used to work here. They were great and I have very high expectations. To see some reviews from clients that say salon is not the same after these girls left is simply not true. Change is difficult for some and I can honestly say there was resentments from some of the old staff of new ownership that was merely personal conflicts. The quality of work and cleanliness has not changed. There is a new girl in particular named Nina she is more talented then 5 girls put together. She is awesome nail tech, personable and above all kind and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is very picky and likes fancy detailed nails. Lucy remains the same dedicated person she has always been, she truly cares about the clients and the business. Take the negative reviews you may see with a grain of salt and come see for yourself what a great place this is.

I have been going to this wonderful nail salon since they first opened, 15 years ago. I have my appointments booked for every 3 weeks and have always found everything perfect. The salon has changed ownership 3 times and every time this has happened, there has been renovations to upgrade the salon and improve the services. Most of the old staff have left due to maternity leave, as my favourite Jen. The new technicians are all professional, well trained and very friendly. Anyone who enters the salon will be impressed with the cleanliness and well kept business. I would also like to praise Lucy, the manager, who is most accommodating, professional and kind. I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone.

Nail FX is my nail salon of choice! I come every 3 weeks for a manicure, and reasonably regularly for pedicures. I spent considerable time through ‘trial and error’ looking for a salon that met all of my criteria before I found Nail FX – and I have high standards that, to me, are what I expect any woman has when it comes to her nails. In November 2018 the salon was sold, and I was relieved to see the new owners, Min & Stanley, are every bit as welcoming and professional as the former owner, Christina. Min & Stanley have made multiple interior fixture and equipment upgrades – new televisions, new cabinets, new countertops, new towels, modernized manicure tools, etc. While Lucy, who is a wonderful manager, is still there, many of the staff are new because of multiple “mat leave's" - but are equally as welcoming as Min & Stanley. For me, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The salon is welcoming, premises are clean, service is good, staff are professional, quality is good, price is fair, nail tools are sterile, and I can book online – which is also important to me. So, if you are looking for a nail salon look no further! I encourage you to try Nail FX. I think you may find it becomes your "salon of choice" too!

NailFX is my ‘go to’ salon. The management & staff are very pleasant, and know their job thoroughly. The ownership changed recently. The new owners are trying very hard to maintain a smooth transition. However, they’ve had a few setbacks. Five out of the eight employees are away on maternity leave and one left as she was moving to the island. Hence the salon had to employ a whole new crew, who are working hard to provide the same quality of service as their predecessors. I wish NailFX the very best always.

This was my go to place for years as the nail techs were wonderful. Recently there has been a shift with the new owners that have come in.most of the "old" girls have left and these new nail techs are poorly trained.will NOT be returning!

Used to be the best. They recently changed ownership and the standards have gone WAY down. They have all new staff and there’s a noticeable decline in hygiene standards, professionalism, and friendliness. I used to like coming here for the best nails and the best people. Sad.
