Hanson filed my nails out of existence. I ended up getting my acrylic nails removed after three days because they weren’t anything like I asked for even though I had shown a reference picture. He also cut my skin up with the file.

My usual salon is T&T. I had a wedding to go to so thought I’d give them a try. I was pleased with the nails initially. A week after the wedding a nail fell off. I returned to the salon. The male owner (was told later) questioned if I got them done at his salon. Asked me to point out who did them. I could not remember her name. I then held my hand up asking the nail techs if they did my nails.
I went on defense and stated I paid $138.00 for pedi & nails and proceeded to show him bank transaction. He told me he has a right to ask as many questions he needed to do. He was extremely rude. A nail tech named Selina came to the front and offered to help me. She was sweet and very supportive. I will never go back I never felt so uncomfortable. Be careful if you break a nail your made to feel like a shister. Now another nail broke. I won’t be going back

Honestly not a good experience. The staff barely talk to you and there’s usually like 3 staff members hovering over each person and it’s overwhelming. My nails also broke after 2 days not even.

I had a really good experience here. I phoned to say I was stuck in some horrible traffic and 15 minutes late and they were very accommodating about that. Jason was very pleasant and fixed nails I had done at another salon only a week ago that I needed completely fixed. They are so well done and I'm very happy with everything. I will definitely be back

I had a great experience with Selena who is as sweet as can be and did an amazing Job! Anna did my pedicure with paraffin. Will definitely come back!

I totally recommend this nail salon. They always are cheerful in making you feel so welcome. I get my nails and pedicure done by Selena. She is so good at what she does. I get compliments all the time, she knows exactly what I like

Very poor customer service! My daughter had a gift card from a past birthday. The new owner refused to honour it because the salon is under new Mgmt. Even though I made our appt online and noted we had a gift card, the gift card number etc, we were rudely told I should’ve called first. We will never return!

Had a shellac pedicure with Betty. She DRILLS off old shellac instead of soaking it off (which damages your nails and makes them way too thin and brittle!). It started peeling the same day because she flooded the cuticles.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: This is a little overdue but I'm just seeing your response. I have been to you salon. It's between the starbucks and the vet clinic across the street from the Witch. Terrible terrible salon.

I've been coming here for close to a year, I always book with Jason and he's always quick and professional! The prices are lower than most places I've been to and the service is still great:)

I would absolutely not recommend this nail studio. I received the worst gel polish manicure I’ve ever had. I had to go home and immediately fix them myself, my nails were cleaned and many spots weren’t covered properly with gel polish. My pedicure was so fast and I didn’t have any type of work done on my calluses. It was 100$ with tip and I wish I never went. Please save your money and go elsewhere. There were many tools that were not properly cleaned and I dont think their price warrants uncleanliness.

If you want regular polish this is not the place to go to as they barely have any color choices. Seems to cater more to shellac. Service is friendly and people are kind. They did a great job with a manicure and pedicure I rated it lower as I couldn't get into where I usually go and comparison the color choice makes a big deal. Especially as simple as wanting red and there was nothing to choose from and they were either low or unable to use the color I chose.

Love this place.service is great and I love the atmosphere - very friendly. I drive from Coquitlam to see Selena - she is absolutely the best ever!

Terrible customer service. They did a horrible job on a fill for my daughter which she paid $70+ for. They missed 2 nails, cut her, the French tip was not very good and she was not able to get back (due to her schedule) in before their 1 week "warranty" even though I called them the day of the fill. She was then just asking them to remove them at no charge or to refund the original job. They refused. I will never go there again.

Quite impressed! I usually go to a place near my house, but everywhere has been booked due to summer vacays coming up etc. I called Nailie Studio the day of and was able to come for a pedicure right away. Not only that, they offered to do a manicure as well. I even got to stay in the massage chair, being 33 weeks pregnant, I was one very happy lady. They were so accommodating and kind. My new go to place. Thank you Nailie!

Went here to get my acrylics removed not very happy with the shape my nails were left in. Half my nails are squared at the end and half are rounded. There’s still acrylic patches on them and they’re super flakey, and rough. I would expect a clear top coat or even some cuticle oil for $20 like all other salons do. Can’t speak for their nails but i wouldn’t go here again to remove acrylics unfortunately!
