“Crazy” as she said her nickname was, made the experience so fun and had us laughing the whole time! They are also the best nails i have gotten, they are gorgeous and even better than i ever imagined

I just want to give a shout out to this nail salon! Each time I have been to Nails Time it has been welcoming, friendly & efficient. The staff that works here all work very hard and with smiles on their faces. I appreciate all their hard work and I look forward to my next visit!

I visited Nails Time for the first time three days ago. I found it online and read the reviews on Facebook which were all good.
I went in to prepare for a trip to a sunshine destination, so I was looking for a full gel nail set, a pedicure with shellac and an eyebrow tint and eyebrow wax. I can’t remember the name of the girl that did my pedicure. She did not speak English but was helped by another girl beside her when we were trying to communicate with one another about what I wanted. She did a nice job on my feet. But what I was most happy with was the gel nail set and eyebrow wax and tint that was done by a woman named Lee. I am hesitant to mention her name because it may mean that she will be so busy after this referral. This girl was AMAZING. I have never before seen someone create my nails the way that she did and they are stunning. Her eyebrow was and tint gave me the perfect shape and colour. It’s like she knew exactly how I would want it without even asking.
I definitely recommend this place and specifically Lee. She has created a repeat customer in me for sure!

I just want to give a shout out to this wonderful nail salon! Not only are my nails perfect, but the staff was happy, fun and singing the whole time. I had great conversations with both the technicians and the wonderful lady I was sitting next to, and had a great time. Good vibes all around, I highly recommend!

I had a less than great experience with a pedicure and let Nails Time know. They completely fixed the situation and gave me a redo. Their compassion and attention to ensuring my new experience was excellent was greatly appreciated. They followed up afterward with a phone call to ensure I was completely satisfied with my pedicure. Very professional response overall. Great job! I’m now going back to have my nails done!

My worst best nail experince ever.
First off, it was my first time in Canada. My mother and I under estimated how long it was going to take to get there with traffic and whatnot. We get there 30 mintues late, but we walked in and politely said were sorry would they still be able to fit us in if we were to go run around and then come back a little later. The wonderful Gentlemen then said okay yes see you at 3: 30. That was an hour a a hlaf from then, we had never explored around that srea, we did just that. Found a bunch of cool store! Then it was time to go back, I sit down. Mom sat next to me and the nail technicians started. My phone starts ringing and my significant other was calling to tell me that a fire had been started and it was getting close to the house. The fire known as the Eagle Bluff Fire in Oroville, Wa. GUYS, I'm an hour and half away from my house. I hangup the phone and immediately tears just start falling. This is the second time my rental has almost been burned and every since the Palmer fire that almost took my family property fire just scares me!
My mother and the wonderful gentlemen tech tried to calm me down. Ken did a fabulous job. Ken calmed me the best way he knew how, talked about the fire that had went through there a year or two ago, also told us cool things we needed to check out around Canada.
They finished up, and our nails were perfect. We paid up and left.

The thing that really struck me! Two days later, I recieve a call from an unknown number, and its Ken on the other side. Making sure my home made it and my family was safe because we had been on the salons mind since the fire started.
He stated "Not very often, we have girl cry the whole time we do her nails"

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE! THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. LOCATION IS VERY CLEAN AS WELL

Such a fun positive place, loved my pedicure from Lee, she was energetic, and made my feet feel and look so good!

Had a great pedicure here! "Crazy" busy, but didn't feel rushed at all. Very reasonably priced and super clean. I felt very comfortable and will recommend this Nail Spa!

Took my 3 gradaughters here for first time manicures. It was my 7 year old granddaughters birthday.all the staff made it such a fun and exciting experience.such a great job.they even sang happy birthday. So much laughter. Such kind friendly staff. Thank u

Always amazing, 10/10 recommend. The girls are hilarious and so nice, best pedicures, best massage chairs, best prices. They always do such a fantastic job. Love going here!

Owner had his phone tucked under his ear doing a business deal while he was doing a customer's nails. He kept stopping and starting on her nails, very rude. I had an appointment but had to wait. Eventually they put me in a chair with tepid water which was cold after another 20 minutes of waiting. I took my feet out and then someone came with a bucket to empty the cold water to put more warm water in? It was weird so after 40 minutes still no technician I left.

Staff are super friendly here and the wait wasn’t long to get in for our pedicures. The pedicure itself was probably the best pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. Will definitely be back when I’m in BC!

Typically my go to place. Always incredible service. Today was an exception. My daughter and I waited almost 40 minutes past our appointment time that i booked well in advance. Then I got a backwards pedicure (exfoliation, filing, hot stones, massage and then they did my nail care/ shellac) by a lady who was in La la land the entire time. Because of this, cuticle care and proper filing procedures were not to up to par It was rushed and unprofessional. I typically leave happy and leave a substantial tip but today will not be that day. It's time to slow down and stop over booking. Teaching your nail techs proper procedures would help too.

The only place I will go to get my nails done in Penticton. They are usually very busy, but the owners handle it wonderfully. Ken usually does my nails, and he does a great job everytime. I have never left this salon disappointed, and I have a degree in nail tech so that's saying something. Great job, great atmosphere, 11/10! My last set from Ken.

Wonderful place to get your nails done in Penticton. They were able to get 3 of us in for a same day pedicure, and when we arrived, we had almost no wait to start our nails. The salon had a cheery vibe, and looked very clean and well organized. All 3 of our Nail Technicians did an outstanding job on our nails and took their time to do a high quality job. We just had regular polish and they have all held up well over time. Very reasonably priced and they didn't try to upsell us, which is much appreciated.

Reasonably priced, friendly and accommodating. Would like to see more in the manicure in terms of cleanup and cream/cuticle oil but overall pretty decent.

Today, my daughter and I went to Nails Time and Spa for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. Our nails are looking fabulous. The service was impeccable and the ladies were very friendly and professional. We had a great time and will absolutely return to Nails time and Spa.

The ONLY place to go in Penticton
! Super accommodating, even offered to open before /opening/ hours because I had to be out of town early. I will only recommend this establishment to anyone who visits Penticton. I will warn ya'll call in because they are always booked.good sign. I think so!? #nailDM

Very friendly and fast service! It was my birthday so the lady got the whole salon to sing happy birthday to me and then gave me a lotion as a gift! 10/10 recommend!

Good place to get mani and pedi. Called and was able to get in same day. Very efficiently run place.

I am always extremely happy with the services at Nails Time. The staff is fun and the atmosphere is happy.
Anytime I have gotten a pedicure, I leave so happy. Not to mention the hot stone massage So relaxing.
This late appointment, I got my first set of acrylics in probably 15 years due to a bad experience back them, but I am so glad I trusted them to renew my view of it.

Great staff, they are all very nice and efficient and love my nails. Would definitely recommend Nails time.

Within one week of a new set of gel nails i lost 5 of them! Terrible workmanship and when given the opportunity to make things right they didn’t stand behind their work. Will not go back. Very disappointed.

Great customer service and they did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back!
