Kennedy was so informative and gentle with me.she made me feel like a princess throughout the entire experience and my skin has never looked better.i couldn’t believe the 2 hour free parking as well.the inside of the building was so clean and luxurious inside.i highly recommend kennedy!

WOW! First time being there and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. Jannae was incredible and made me feel so relaxed from the second I got there and left. Will definitely be coming back!

I was in today for a ‘Spa Sampler’, 2 1/2 hrs of pure bliss. My esthetician was Danielle. The massage was amazing and the heavenly facial left me glowing. Loved everything about the experience.

Had a great relaxing massage here. Staff friendly, easy to book/change appmt, good atmosphere and I loved the little extra touches such as the chocolate and face mask sample they gave me after.

What a way to spend a morning. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. Danielle is a positive and calm which made it very easy to relax and enjoy a 5 star treatment.

My experience was phenomenal! From the the receptionist to the 90 minutes therapeutic massage and facial everything was conducted professionally. I left feeling like a new person. I definitely will be going back soon. Their services are 100% recommended. Awesome job guys!

This spa was fantastic! I got the 60 minute massage + 30 minute facial treatment, and I was so impressed. Very relaxing environment, and I had a great spa practitioner. Would highly recommend.

I got to experience an awesome facial with Aislinn, such a relaxing time and she made me feel very comfortable! We also had discussed skin products that would work well with my skin which was very helpful! A wonderful experience!

I came in for a wax and Rebecca was so personable and professional, she made the whole experience as painless as possible. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness really blew me away, from her asking about any medical problems and my pain tolerance levels, to explaining the difference between hard and soft wax. And the chocolate on my pillow was a lovely touch. I will definitely be back, and will be asking for Rebecca.

The ambiance is peaceful and feels like an oasis in the city. The decor is light & relaxing with lots of great products to explore. Services are always professional and it’s a treat to get samples with treatment!

Received a GC for a mani and pedi, went for the mani and it was ok. They only use glass files which is like nails on a chalkboard, with no alternative available. Less than relaxing. French manicure was so so. No assistance offered with my winter boots, and had to ask for help with my keys. Wouldn't go back for a manicure again, considering how much they charge.

I had been given a gift certificate and booked on my Saturday off. Unfortunately my coworker phoned me early in the morning as she was sick and couldn’t go into work so I had to cover for her. I both called and emailed Namaste Day Spa right away and fully explained the situation and that I wanted to reschedule. What I got was a sales receipt for the session as they say ‘I didn’t provide 24 hour notice’. This was completely unprofessional to not honour my gc and the situation that I was handed. I will never go back, nor will I ever suggest this spa to anyone.

Amazing experience from Rebecca. Very relaxing treatment. First time having a facial and it was lovely! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back again. I also love the organic products they use. They smell good and feel good.

What an amazing couple of hours I just had. Kim was so lovely and my experience was so peaceful. My skin is glowing. I had a spa taster facial and it was perfect. I’d say a 50: 50 mix of facial and massage so great when you can’t decide which you’re wanting more. I really can’t understand why anyone would give less than a 5* review here. I’ve had facials all over the world in some very high end places and this ranks up there with the best. I can’t wait to return.

I saw Rebecca for a 90-min relaxation massage. Wow. Not only was the massage incredible but the greeting and kindness from the front staff was very much appreciated. Their COVID safety protocols are on point. The spa was clean, the massage table was cozy warm (yes heated blanket), the products used were gentle and not overbearing, and Rebecca really knows her stuff! Thank you for a wonderful start to my weekend. I will certainly be back.is 2 weeks too soon!? !

What an experience. This place is sparkling clean. I spent half a day there and I would not want to be anywhere else but at Namaste day spa. My shiatsu/accupressure massage was an absolute bliss. It was followed by extremely relaxing facial and pedicure. Kim is so knowledgeable and just extremely easy to talk to. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

Just what my body mind and spirit needed! Amazing service and beautiful products. I highly recommend giving Namaste Day Spa a try. I treated myself to the massage facial combo with Kim Perpete and I could have called asleep right on the table in total bliss.

This is the coziest spa I have gone to in Kelowna. The product line they carry, Eminence, is really great! The BEST pedicures ever, thank you Danielle!

They also helped me find out some skin issues and gave me a routine that has been very beneficial for me.

I have had many injuries so have gotten massages at least once a month for the last 25 years. Not to mention that I travel a lot and have had the privilege to go to some of the best rated spas in the world for pampering.
With that being said I have never had a more loved and wonderful hot stone massage and facial than Kim provides. She’s super compassionate and kind and is extremely gifted in what she does. I 100% recommend booking in with her and love the Namaste experience.
