I wasn't aware this place existed until recently. I have become in need.

Well I got to tell you this place is really located in a hole in the wall location. It mostly runs on contributions and so has limited staff, etc. They were really nice and helped me out with my placard.
Didnt know that there was a blackmarket for these items, so if you get one, dont leave it in the car unless your using it for parking that is. Don't keep it hanging off of your mirror while driving either, because if you get in an accident the insurer's may hold you respnsoble because you've blocked your vision, etc.
Anyway if you feel like supporting a charity or organization give this a look to help out.
