Jared is fantastic. Started off with a nice greeting when my boyfriend and I went looking for light bulbs. Not only did he show is where they were in the store but
continued to share all his knowledge about our options. Great product knowlege and super friendly service. Thank you. I don't make many reviews but his service was sure stellar and appreciated!

Love this place, plenty of selection, good sales and the staff os fairly long-term and know their stuff. I quite often get asked by staff if I need a hand with anything versus having to look for someone for help. Jarrod and hos team do an amazing job!

Love the family feel of our local Home Hardware. Knowledgeable people who have been there for years. The big box stores lack the community feel.

Always helpful and friendly staff at this location. Good selection of everything from household items like dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies as well as gardening, fireplace items, and maintenance materials not to mention a great paint section!

Every single time I go in there it's because it's convenient. And every single time I go in there I get 30 employees offering to help me and not one of them knowing what they're talking about. When I say I don't need your help what I mean is I don't trust your knowledge and I'd rather browse without the next employee in line waiting to ask if I need a hand.
*Update. Your employees hang out in the Alcove 3 ft away from the entrance to Staples and smoke, which is nasty and I'm pretty sure you need to be at least 10 ft away from a door.

Easy spot to shop with a wide range of hardware goods and lots of staff around to help. Prices are similar to other stores, sometimes cheaper.

I asked where the light bulbs were and she just pointed to an aisle.
She did not come with me, she just continued to talk to her coworker.

Didnt have either of the hardware that I needed, and didnt seem to care about being out of stock.

Convenient, lots of parking and usually has whatever I'm looking for when it comes to house repairs.
