Tammy is brilliant, a nice beautiful refuge in a world where customer service is going to hell everywhere. I got screwed by the main uhaul dispatch. Tammy went out of her way to help in anyway she could, even though my reservations got sent to other places on the island.

I have rented uhaul trailers as well as mini storage with them. I rarely post reviews but this husband and wife team duo are exceptional!

Best Uhaul location I have ever dealt with. Managers at this location truly care about the customers and make sure that the contracts are proper and customers are paying the price they booked at, not more. After bad experiences at other locations, Nanaimo Mini Storage has always helped me make things proper.

Moving is never fun especially when dealing with the ferries but after some difficulties on moving day with our UHaul Tammy was amazing and really helped us out! Additionally we got an easy to access storage unit here so it was easy to drop off everything then park the truck and drop off keys. Thanks again to the staff at Nanaimo Mini Storage.
