We absolutely loved our experience purchasing our vehicle from Nanaimo Toyota. We cannot thank Paul Debron enough, who gave us a seamless experience and went above and beyond for us in every way! He was so prompt to answer all our questions and wasn't pushy at all (like a lot of sales people we've dealt with in the past). Everything about our experience felt authentic, and forth rite - which we really value! We are so pleased with not only our purchase, but the whole experience.

I have been using Nanaimo Toyota since Sept 2020 and have never had better experience. Everyone was very welcoming and interested in finding me a vehicle that would be exactly want I wanted and would give me the best rate of return. I walked away having leased my first vehicle a toyota tacoma and this year I upgraded that for an owned 2023 tacoma. Jeremy, reid, rick and shawn were extremely helpful and made the experience welcoming and not intimidating. They supported my wants and treated me like I was their only customer. Took possession of /purchased a New bZ4X on August 31 2023 after trading in my 2017 Tacoma in early July and taking care of all of the numbers then. Short wait for the new EV. Amazing experience from Paul DeBron, Reid Hugh, Shawn Hildebrandt and others. Every staff member I had dealings with was professional and it was apparent customer satisfaction was #1.

I even received a phone call from Brennan the day my car was delivered so I could come look at it before it was prepared for me to take it home (it was not ready for pick up of course that day as it had just arrived off the transport truck).

There was a minor hiccup when I picked up my car but Keith, Tyler and others in service made sure it wasn't going to present any issues with my new purchase.

I have purchased many new (and used) cars over the years and I this one was my best overall experience. Thanks again Nanaimo Toyota!

I just picked up my new car from Nanaimo Toyota and am very happy with it. My sales person was Elisabeth Steinmeyer and from the first day I came in the dealership to over a year later when I picked up my car she has been great. The whole process was pretty easy, financing, government rebates, teaching me how the car worked, it was all smooth and seamless. I would recommend this dealership to purchase a new car through. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a sales representative at this car dealership, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the sales rep assigned to me displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. She seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout our entire interaction, as if my business didn't matter. Her indifference was not only frustrating but also insulting.

To make matters worse, she was incredibly unresponsive to my attempts at communication. I sent her text messages and emails with questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and it felt like I was sending messages into a void. Days would go by without a response, leaving me in the dark and feeling completely disregarded as a potential customer.

In an industry where customer service should be paramount, this sales rep's behavior was unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a disregard for basic customer courtesy and professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice, as my experience has left me with a bitter taste and a complete lack of confidence in their ability to provide a positive car-buying experience.

One of the sales rep was very condescending when showing us a vehicle. She thought correcting our grammar and being sarcastic was the way to approach our questions. However, the service team is the opposite - great people to work with

Great experience at Nanaimo Toyota today! My wife and I would like to give a shout out to Lee Macdonald for working diligently (literally running between buildings and all over the place) with us in trading in our old SUV on our new Highlander. Despite being crammed in the 3rd row behind a 2 year old and 5 year old on the test drive, swapping car seats between vehicles for test drives, and bringing his office literally outside while we fed our kids lunch (we didn’t want them making a mess inside) he came through with a great value for our trade and a very positive attitude, helping to make a stressful day of car shopping with kids a positive experience. We’re super happy to be his first sale, and would definitely recommend talking Lee at Nanaimo Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. 10/10 service and experience.
