Nancy's Nails

I have had nothing but wonderful service from the ladies at Nancy's. They all remember me and every one of them does an amazing job! They are caring and understanding as well and always do their best to accommodate me when I make the last minute decision to walk in.
Highly recommend for quality nails that last me at least 4-5 weeks (and I just get basic manicure with shellac). Thank you ladies at Nancy's Nails.

A couple days after getting my nails done one of my nails chipped so I walked in to ask if it’s able to be fixed. The guy at the front first thing said “we’re busy” rudely and pointed to the room which I could clearly see it was busy, I didn’t mind booking an appointment. I asked if tomorrow works and if I should book an appointment, he repeated they’re busy and said come back tomorrow. I came in the next day and the lady that fixed my nail seemed so miserable, she wouldn’t talk to me when I asked how her day is going and I felt uncomfortable being there. The nail shape didn’t look like the rest. Always feels rushed when I go there.

They are bullies! Herd you in like cattle & Don't give you you what you ask for. Because they bully you in to something different! The owner has 0 manners & He thinks he's a comedian. Usually he is miserable and Impatient! Done!

Called to see if I could do a walki in pedi he said no and offered a 4 o’clock but I said I didn’t want to wait so I would check out other places and he told me no to call him again ok? Done deal rude little man

Had a manicure here and I have to say ‘Hands Down’ it was one of the worst I have ever experienced. She was very hasty and sloppy in her work, scraped the cuticles so low it hurt. Customer service from both her and the gentleman at the front desk was beyond rude. I would never recommend Nancy’s Nails to anyone, ever!

Absolutely love my new set from Nancy Nails. They did a great job! They were all very friendly and helpful, as it was my first time there getting acrylic nails and a pedi. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t go here my nails were so thick and when I said it was fine and I’ll just go home they grabbed my hands and cut them off with scissors

Not the best experience. My boyfriend and I came in to get pedicures done and mine was not worth it. When she was cutting my nails she cut so deep some started to bleed, when she was scraping my feet she made rude comments about it out loud.then when it came the the lotion she only rubbed the front of my legs and nowhere else.

I love coming here for manicures and I was hoping the pedicures would be just as good but it was awful. Really disappointed

Very pleased with my mani pedi done by Amy. She was just lovely and attention to detail was fantastic. Definitely my go to nail salon.

We have been going to Nancy’s Nails for several months now for manicures and pedicures, based on a friend’s recommendation. We live in Promontory and used to go to a salon much closer to home, but the service and quality of care the team at Nancy’s provides are unbeatable!

I love this place. The staff are terrific. The price for a pedicure is great, and my feet are so happy when I get them pampered here.

They do there best to accommodate last minute appointments which is another fantastic perk!

I came into Nancy Nails on February 6th to see if they had time to do an eyebrow waxing and the lady was so rude to me me when saying NO…. She turned and walked away. Didn’t even give me an option to make an appointment. I tried asking when I could come back and or make an appointment. I had been going there for pedicures and eyebrow waxing for 6 years since I moved to Chilliwack. I will never go beck there again. I have never been treated with such disrespect.

They try and fit you in as much as possible even when you walk in. I’ve had a few mani’s and 1 pedi so far. And every time I’m in there people who get pedi’s always get a good long leg massage. Plus, they have massage chairs so you get your legs/feet done AND get your back massage in too! (Only 4/5 because I find that the guy that usually answers the phone is curt as well as in person) otherwise

The service and professionalism was excellent as well as the manicure, pedicure and mail polish.
