Ravneet is an excellent customer service hostess. She has helped me with great kindness efficiency and helpfulness. Love this location the staff and manager are so kind and so helpful always thanks guys!

The food is always consistent and the service is always top notch, You can never go wrong here!

Waited for chicken almost 40 min it’s father days and they are not prepared for it go if you have 2 to 3 hours

This Nando’s is by FAR the best in the whole of Vancouver. From their service to their food to their cleanliness—everything is exceptional. All their staff are so welcoming, even the ones who are cooking the food in the back (I’m always greeted by them or they always wave bye to my family as we leave)! I’ve read over some of the reviews and I don’t see why everyone thinks the owner is rude…He’s literally such a nice man, along with his lovely wife! I’m usually either served by him or Muskan (who btw, is the NICEST, most caring and genuine server I’ve ever had). They always follow up to see if we ever need anything and continue to give the best service for the past multiple years we’ve been coming. My family loves Nando’s and I’ll be honest, we’re quite picky with the way our food is made. If anyone has tried every Nando’s in Vancouver, it’s probably us HAHA. Just wanted to show our gratitude towards everyone here, and thank you for always being the best!

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Peri mac and cheese is very overpriced especially for that quantity. Nothing peri peri about it. You’re better off eating Kraft Dinner!

Ordered for BC Children's Hospital for 25 and wow we were blown away with the professionalism, amazing healthy food with so many options for all dietary restrictions! Huge portions. Food came in hot and ready to go! Jack & Pavan were exceptional and we will be ordering from them again! THANKS AGAIN FROM BCCH

Very bad experience. I phone ordered chicken liver dish. Friend picked up for me. After all I found out they gave me a chicken sandwich. I called them but they refuse to exchange. Just keep saying there’s misunderstanding but didn’t want to solve the problem. Very disappointed by the service!

We live close to walmart location but the staff and owner at ironwood always give us a great product and servuce.

Owner is always working when I come in. Remembers my order and goes above and beyond. Ironwood is my favorite nandos

Door Dash driver messed up and forgot to deliver a bag. Meanwhile we had people over and it was a large order. Nandos owner took it upon himself to make up for the error and drove the missing items directly to us and quickly. So thoughtful.

The owner/manager, an old brown man, was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. His employees are great, honest and hard working people, but boy do I feel sorry for them having to work under that unhinged maniac. If you want good customer service, or even basic customer service, avoid him. It's a shame this entire location has to suffer due to his incompetence and unsubstantiated ego.

I just ordered from this store and i got a rotten food with old stinky veggies. The rice is sticked together, and veggies spoiled, made the whole room got bad smelling. I called the store to let them know but unfortunately their customer service was absoletuly down denying and pretending everything is fresh. Just broke my mood and apetite and made me think very carefully from where to order. A real shame

I got 2 salads with halloumi cheese. The salad portion was small and the cheese slices were so thin, however the salads are delicious at the Park Royal location

Don’t tell me to wait “a couple of minutes” for an order and then take 20 minutes to complete it. Be more accurate with your times.

In Vancouver for the night, fly out in the morning. Do not know Richmond. I ordered from this place based on other reviews. AMAZING FOOD! Tender, juicy, tasty!

Friendly service. Tasty chicken. Bit pricey. Love their fountain drinks but that machine was broken at the time. Ordered a whole chicken to share with two regular sides (fries and coleslaw) and a large side (macho peas).

First time I've eaten at Nandos anywhere, and this left me distinctly underwhelmed and disappointed.
Ordered a load of takeout and what I got was a chicken sandwich that looked nothing as advertised - an anemic piece of chicken battered to 1/4 inch thick in a soft bun. The other items in my order were equally disappointing - wet, soggy garlic bread and a wrap that I specifically asked for only chicken and lettuce was rammed with all thr gunk my daughter didn't want - even though the order was repeated back to me, word for word to be only chicken and lettuce. Listening isn't hard. The order went in right, but I guess nobody in the back cares enough about their customers.
This will be my last Nandos. I would highly recommend others avoid. You'll be ordering over-priced, low quality food, and if they get your order right, I doubt you'll enjoy it.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location. It was nice and clean when I walked in with my fiance, but the owner was sitting there on his phone.

Since we have never been to nandos before we didn't know what we wanted to order. We were looking at the menu and another customer came in and he was having a conversation with her quietly.next thing I hear is "I only like when my customers know what they want to order. Just come into the restaurantand don't waste my time"

Perfect! I'm a Nando's fan but I haven't been to this location.and They cooked the chicken to the perfect point, not dry or over cooked. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We"ll come back for sure

Food was good, service was good. They guy is awesome. One of the better nandos.around.
The one thing, and it is at all Nandos. They just put the sauce on at the very end, so it sits on top and the flavor doesn't seep in.
They used to baste as they cooked and the sauce was all in and over the chicken. It was so much better. I have to rate it a 2 due to this corner cutting cheap skate new.way of doing things. And like I said it as at.all.nandos.

There are a number of Nando's which closed down, so the last few are probably the remaining survivors and winners. Not all Nando's locations are equal, but I confidently say that this particular Nando's is possibly the best across the Lower Mainland. The owner is there very often, taking orders and helping out. I respect his passion and dedication, and it shows in the diligence of the staff, and the high quality of the food. Bravo!

Recommend: Get the family platters for best deal. If you order takeout, you might want to exchange the garlic bread and fries for something else, like salad and mash, because unless you have a toaster oven, condensation makes anything crunchy lose their crunchiness. Not any fault of the staff - it's just the nature of takeout hot food.

As an advocate of customer service this restaurant excels in that category with flying colors. The girls that work here are super friendly and greeted me with kindness. I was super impressed that I would love to return back with my family. Overall, the food was expectational and so was the whole experience.

As a South African living in Canada, this brand is a taste of home, which makes me a bit more critical than usual. Today I got a take out (half chicken, peri peri fries and coleslaw) at this outlet and was delighted!

Place was spotlessly clean, service super friendly and turn around from order to eat its on 10 minutes. Chicken juicy, the breast a little dry, it took a while for some SA outlets to get this right to, coleslaw was fresh, lite on the dressing which is great for those of us who dislike eating coleslaw with mayonnaise. Fries were very over salted though. In a health conscious age and for those of us with coronary issues this should be looked at.

I will be back had a great lunch!

Nando's Ironwood, thank you for upholding Nando's delicious flavors. My side dish container was packed full, the chicken livers were perfectly marinated and grilled and your staff greeted me with smiles and professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My boyfriend and I have been going to this Nando’s location for quite some times and always have a very pleasant experience with the wonderfully welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. Their food is great and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!

Located in a large strip mall, there's amply parking. They are set up for the pandemic & masks are required to enter. Not sure if it's due to CoVid19 but they don't have a menu above the front counter (? !) So you have to scan a code with your cell to access their menu online. This made me give them a 3/5 stars. Not everyone has a cell or a smartphone! Way to exclude a "certain" portion of society. Perhaps they felt by not putting up a menu on the wall they'd look like more of a high-end restaurant? Please be inclusive! I love your food. But, until you install a menu that everyone can access. I'll have to keep Nando's at 3 stars.

I do not recommend going to this location! There are many great fast food places in the area. I went for my lunch break. The service was initially rude & when I got back to work the order was wrong. I had to go back. They promptly fixed my order but I had to wait & there was no apology what so ever. By the time I actually got my food my break was over & I didn’t have time to even eat it. I will not go back.

Lots of space, nice patio and lots of parking. Other than that its a regular Nandos. So you kniw what to expect.

Food is high quality and wait times were quick and staff was friendly. Bathrooms are clean as well. Small and takeout is recommended.

I absolutely love the chicken and peri peri sauce here. The peri peri fries are also great, as is the garlic bread and we enjoy eating here. We will definitely come back!
If I had any criticism, it would be that the other sides are not anything special so selection of good sides is limited but who cares when the chicken is so good!

As a frequent Nandos gourmet, I found this location presently to be the best in lower mainland - highly recommend for well prepared tasty food!

Food's good, not really the place to go if you wanna pay extra for sauce and then only receive half a tin full. If you ask for one with more you'll just get told that's how much they fill all of them.

Writing to clarify if this is worth your time. Besides the uncooked and really badly made wraps/ sandwiches, this place will charge you extra at every chance. Thanks for the overpriced sauce.

Hands down the best tasting Nando's place I have tried in Lower Mainland. Friendly staff, nice location and lots of parking.

Best chicken in a long time. Service was great and their manager Jack, I believe was his name, was super nice and helpful. He didn’t skip a beat in his service if not just me but other customers as well. Also I loved that they had a sink right in front to wash your hands rather than having to go to the bathroom. Out of all the places I have been to, this was immaculately clean. I will be back again soon for another great meal.

Service was good and the people were friendly. They made a good recommendation for my side dish and it was very good. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Everything was kept very clean and every 2nd table was closed for social distancing which was nice to see, and they were all wearing masks. Even saw they are wiping surfaces regularly. They came and checked on me partway through my meal to see if there was anything more I needed (I dined in). Everything was great. I will definitely be back!

This is a really good place to eat! I really love the flavors they marinate into the chicken, especially the Lemon & Herb sauce. The restaurant itself had a nice, casual feel to it (Before the pandemic) and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. After COVID-19 blows over, i'm treating my family to a meal at Nando's!

Costco has a better tasting bird then Nandos.

Friendly, yet professional service. Consistently good chicken. Clean and well decorated restaurant with nice background music. Outdoor seating too. Plenty of parking.

Worst staff here. The manager at this restaurant is super rude. I have seen him abuse someone who came for a pick up today.

Food is usually great but this is the second time I’ve ordered wings and there is blood inside the wing, my boyfriend and I both bit into it and ate it and if we get sick there will be a lawsuit, people that work here need to learn food safe and know what Is serveable and what is not cause their company can get in a lot of trouble for this.
