Nandos always feels like home. I’m a South African and this is my absolute go to. Vanessa at cashier is nothing short of amazing. Very polite and kind. Loved her service. It honestly took me back home.

My first time at this location, and I highly recommend it. Extremely friendly staff, a very welcoming experience. It's nice to see people still care about their work. Can't say enough about how friendly they where. The food was also top notch, large portions and very good. They also threw in a desert no charge. I will definitely be going back.

Please smile or greet when a customer approaches your counter. Basic customer service skills. No issue paying in advance before sitting but with two small kids you should sit your customer first and when you face a customer with a sunken face, this tells you are not happy working here. I really love the food but in my last visit the sauce was a little more spicy than usual and the Coca Cola freetyle machine was failing.

We went there for dine in was not good experience, no follow up nothing We got our food not and also they put the fries on top of the chicken it’s suppose to be on the side

My dad and I went for dinner at Nando's last night. Food was awesome and Aziza was a sweetheart!

Food was ok but the front server was so weird and kept coming up to me and my friend and asked us personal questions. Felt uncomfortable eating there

Food was good but the place smelled like sewage. Not sure what happened smelled really bad towards the back of the restaurant.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and called them to make sure that my chicken is well done or burnt as I usually do in the past. They always make it possible and had no problem before. This time, the lady on the phone confirmed that she’ll make sure to cater my request but was disappointed when I received the chicken looking pale and little pinkish inside. I wished I’ve taken photos but I ended up throwing half of it since I can’t stomach eating chicken thats not properly cooked. As usual, m the spiced rice and mash potatoes were both amazing.

Great food and staff.major issue. They play very loud music.can't relax here. And the music is very very treble heavy.its like someone is drilling into my brain. There is even a speaker in the bathroom.its awful! I cant escape it.

Portion is too small for kids and even adults (skewers)

I tried Nandos in many other branches in different countries and in ON. I find it too hard to recommend this branch.

I had a coupon so went in. I was surprised how super friendly everyone was.then came the flavor. Mmm. Garlic mash and trust me turmeric cauliflower was shockingly tasty. Price was good. Actually better than some fast food. I had the chicken sandwich. Really tasty. I could of used some mayo but hey. I love mayo. Go check it out

Order lots of stuff…. Food was average ceasor salad romaine was already turned bad with some old leafs turns black and when we asked the server about it it was normal thing for them as she did not even felt sorry or have apologized for it she simply ingored it. Disgusting finding hair in my wrap. I was practically puking. All these reviews are similar to my own. Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. What happened to this locations nandos? It’s sad I go to other locations far from this dirty dried or microwaved chicken. I’m fed up

When I entered Nando’s today to order delicious peri-peri chicken i met Palika in front she’s really nice very accommodating and have an excellent customer service.

I love coming to this location because of their quick and amazing customer service. The staff is welcoming and they always make sure we are comfortable. Aman our server today did a great job. Thank you:)

They can't even get a simple order right. They forgot my sandwich and of course you find out when you get home so no one wants to drive back. The ratings for this place are clearly spammed. It should be closer to a 2 star.

Venesa working in the store doesnt know how to talk with the customer. Had a really bad experiance and i am never coming back here. I will make sure my friends also dont visit here

We went here for the first time, the chicken is fresh and very juicy. It's a little pricey but makes up for the place being generally clean and Friendly staff. Nice place for a small lunch/dinner.

Like their service. Especially, I like how they say you bye, when you are leaving. Each employee present at the counter says good bye to you. Busy but best place to eat Chicken. I mostly order 2 skewer Kabob, which is a must try.:)

So I order take out and asked for extra breast in my peri chicken bowl. After emailing them a picture they basically lied to me. We all make mistakes but lieing to a paying customer really makes me made. Never ordering here again you should do the same

Tried Peri-Peri chicken bowl + half avocado.
It was nice and loved the fact that the place wasn't crowded.

Ordered two full chickens and other items. Came back to my house and realized they had only packed 1.5 chickens. Understanding human error to be a very common thing I called back and respectfully spoke to manager Colleen who was extremely rude and called me a lier. Would not recommend this restaurant. A much better alternative is Barcelos on Nordel way, better food and service.

I had the worst experience with the manager, I have never seen such a lack of customer service with a restaurant before. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you enjoy being mistreated

Very rude customer service. Moreover, chicken was over cooked and was not sliced properly. As well as fries were stale

I was there a couple nights ago. The atmosphere was alright. People who were working there could have been a little nicer. The vibe was very off the minute I walked in. I ordered the avocado bowl, side of halloumi and pita with hummus. It was good. The only thing was I was served raw avocados tastes bitter and was very hard to chew. Unfortunately had to throw them out. One thing I noticed was waiting times were long and the girls working were going back and forth to a table where there friends were and I am pretty sure they were not on there break. I would recommend the management looks into this as this is not professional at all!

It's a very nice place to sit down and relax and just eat a good meal. All them wheels are hand prepared none of it is like a fast-food my truck and it just tastes so good like that. I also like going there because they're service is very friendly.

I ordered the sharing platter, chicken wrap and Caesar salad online last night for $55. I thought it would be enough food which leads to leftovers for the next day. It was such a small portion! My Caesar salad, potato salad, fries wasn’t enough for one person, let alone 2. We usually have this same order when dining in. And we always have to pack our leftover to go as we can’t finish it all when dining in. I totally agree with the other reviews that they have made their portions small. We ended up getting McDonald’s as back up. Very disappointed at portion size and will not be ordering online until the portion sizes is fixed. I usually never leave a bad review, so my apology. The food is great. Portion size is small when ordering online. Don’t trust ordering online. Dining in perhaps gets you bigger portions? !

We went there on May 9th, service was too slow and on top of that there were two homeless people outside next to the door with A big dog. The dog jumped on my wife and she was so scared. We thought she was going to be bitten. Nando's management should not allow that kind of people there.

Good Chicken and sides but is overpriced for the amount that you get. Also the cleanliness is to be questioned. When I went the table was sticky and don't know if it had been cleaned. This is especially concerning in covid times.

Food was great. Full credit to chefs, but customer service was worst. Even could not enjoyed the meal. The server was rude and the didn’t not know what is costumer service. Even the person at the counter was not good they did not tell us that they are closing soon (we were there at Sunday, 30th June) we just sat there and they said it is last call. Server did not know the meaning and importance of Thank You.

Quality is good for food, but portioning is too low. For Caesar salad they filled just half of the red box and rice can be no way 6oz.

I don't like leaving negative feedback, but this specific location is one of the worst ones, very unprofessional staff and they were very rude to me. They refused to help me and i think next time id avoid Nando's all together.

I used to love this location. Always generous portions. Then I started ordering online and they are sending half the amount. What? No really. I looked at the nutrition info on the website because my containers started coming half full. So what did I do? I put them on a scale. The portions are half of the stated portion size. And no, cooking doesn’t decrease the weight on rice, it increases.

Ridiculous.

EDIT: In response the owner. Maybe the size of the servings have not changed on the menu, but they have definitely changed when packed into the takeout containers as evidenced by myself and several others on here. Why not just take a moment and ensure your customers are getting what they paid for instead of making excuses? Are the negative reviews worth the few extra pennies you save by only giving half the servings to your customers? Come on now.

Amazing and juicy chicken and sides when eaten fresh. If not busy you get your food fast now die to Covid don’t know to much on rules but a great place to even take out and try great taste.

This is definitely the worst Nando's location. Too bad it's the closest to my house. Bad service and even worst food is the only thing consistent at this location. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. Save your money, go anywhere else.

Love the place, the staff are supper friendly and very helpful, especially Vanessa the assistant manager she is very kind.

24 bucks for 2 chicken sandwiches with no sides or drinks.they were basically sliders they were so small. Great deal.not.

Please learn how to complete your orders. Also learn to pick up the phone. Very disappointed with your kitchen staff and management.

We recently attempted to place an order for pick-up. The lady on the phone was unnessecarily rude and hung up on us. I've usually had a good experience here in my prior visits; not sure what's going on.

You can't beat the heat of some Nando's chicken! My go to sides are the spiced rice or the garlic mashed potatoes. Look no further, eat here!

I still come here to eat with my friends. However, I feel the quality of their chicken has gotten poorer over the years. I love their peri-peri sauces with my sides. Overall, not bad. I recommend it.

Unfortunately the protein portion was small in my wrap and the chicken was tasteless and plain, which is odd as we frequent Nando's quite a bit and this is the first time we have been disappointed.

Tantalize your taste buds; they've added spinach to the sides menu, heat to suit; I tried XXHot, and it was delicious. Quite frankly, I can never resist Nando's mixed olives, either.

Good chicken, good sauce, and they have one of those Coca-Cola machines where you can choose between tonnes of flavors.

This location is alright. Eating here is good, but take out at this location is horrible. I have ordered for take out 3 times and in those 3 times they have got my order wrong. This ranges from putting the wrong sauce bought in the bag and even giving me a peri fries without any peri salt on it.

Food is okay. The place is basically self serve restaurant. They don't have table service like other restaurants probably because they have a smaller staff.

After renovation, this location is not as good. Chicken also taste different when compare to other locations, a little dry, not that much juicy.customer service is not impressive.no greeting face, no welcoming, no smile, all I can see is rude spot faces.when asked for any questions then girls working there tell about company policy or what.they do not do any effort to keep customer loyalty or they don't care.they think nandos has name so do whatever they like.and when I give reference of other Nandos locations about good customer service, then a girl there replied " those are franchise of Nandos and we are not". When I talked to manager there she replied with her spot face. She doesn't seem to be interested in listening and addressing.

Place looks good after renos. Consistent food quality. Love their coupons, great value. Regular menu is not bad in terms of value, love their peri peri fries. We almost always do take out and enjoy it.

Nice upgrade! Staff aren't very friendly, food took a long time to come out and their process was not coordinated. Everything tasted okay, but the wait and the unprofessional staff kill the atmosphere.

I ordered a meal it was small and the staff was not polite and my food was not ready to pick up and they miss spell my name.

Great food, but I went on a Friday evening around 5ish and take away orders (phone orders) were really busy so had to wait a bit for my order longer than usual.it does seem like a smallish place for Surrey, so it may be a bit difficult if your in a huge group. But the food and value for money are worth it.

Love eating here staff is very friendly and my kids loves coming here to ha his kids meals with fries.

Very expensive for what you get. This meal cost me over $20 for lunch. The seating here is very crammed. They said to sit at table 10 and it was squished up against the garbage can and so close to the ladies sitting at the table next to it I couldn't even get in to sit without hitting their table. And I'm only 100lbs, very petite so theres no way that table should even exist. I ended up asking to move somewhere else. They also come and bother you so many times while you're just trying to enjoy your food. I probably wont be back, not to this location at least.

Been here two times and had a bad stomach ache.not a safe place to eat for people with sensitive stomachs.

Very bad experience back to back. Ordered online, came for pick up after the given time. Still had to wait for 30 more minutes. And the chicken was burned. The manager is very bad in customer service. Other customers were complaining about pick up order too. Never going to this particular location.

Nando’s is a great place for a quick-ish but healthy meal. Ideal for a fast family outing. You order at the counter and they serve you at the table.

I always the quarter chicken with the side of vegetables and peri-peri fries. Inexpensive meal that is complete and healthy!

Extremely POOR customer service. Made an order which they told me it would take 15 to 20 mins. 1 HOUR later its still not ready! Even worse it took them 10 MINS to give my money back.seriously what does it take to get half decent service now a days? No manager to help and the staff tells me that they understand the poor service? Really? What about my hungry kids at home waiting.

If you want to overpay for small portions this is the place to eat. I live in the neighbourhood and I have been coming to this location for years! It’s usually our first pick when eating out with friends we aIways buy the full dinners but this time when we ordered the familia pack that claims to be for 4 people we were served 3 Portuguese buns. How awkward when one of your guests doesn’t get a piece because as the Nandos employee stated you get 1.5 buns (what the heck?) Someone please remind them that loosing a long time customer over 1 portion of bread is NOT worth it. Just give them the damn bun! Anyways won’t be over paying here again. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else!
