NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA - Langley

The girl with tattoos on her arms knows nothing about cars and when she’s challenged with a question, instead of asking someone that knows about car parts she gets rude. Long story short i walk in to buy the part and noticed she’s rude in person too. Not only does she need training about cars but check her disgusting attitude too, just because our shop is close to this location doesn’t mean we will keep spending money on this specific location. It will be our last time buying parts from you guys.

I went to Lordco first. I had to talk to 3 different people and look up the part myself to find out the closest place was in North Vancouver. Walked over to NAPA and was instantly greeted by Stacey Tapp. She told me that there were 2 people in front of me and would help me soon. It took her a minute to find the part and where I could pick it up. Very impressive customer service thx Scott

Worst place ever! Don't go there! They are running a scam with the black haired sales girl! No returns, sales are final even if the product is still sealed! And they won't tell you about that policy untill after you buy? ! What a joke! Princess auto you can return and many other places. Screw NapA! 0 stars but no option for it

Got the best service from Von who went above and beyond to ensure we had the right replacemt wiper blades for our vehicle. Excellent service!

Excellent Service. I was greeted when I walked in the store. I explained what I was looking for and the lady showed me what they had that might work. Found what I needed. Nice to be treated with respect being a woman walking into an auto parts store. Well Done NAPA!

It's too bad when companies hire unqualified counter people who sell you the incorrect part, while Napa has a policy of not returning opened items

So you waste my time and money by selling businesses the wrong parts and refusing returns.job not well done, hate Lordco, but they are getting my money for the foreseeable future

This location is incompetent. Stay away and go to any other auto parts store. Every time I came to this location I've had a problem. Never again. I've had to call head office numerous times to resolve my complaints. Rude unknowledgeable employees. Especially Stacy.

Like the online ordering.
Customer service was good and also checked on alternate parts.

I've been conditioned to not expect a lot of service in most retail environments, but the staff felt genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed to make my shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Thanks for raising the bar.

Spoke with Stacey about a battery I went to pick up I ordered on line. She pointed out One I got wasn't quite right and suggested a better fit. She has excellent product knowledge and I will def be going there again.

Rude service, went in for something and the female worker did not seem happy, and I was being nice to them. Will be going to either a different location or store.

Great service friendly staff but a bit pricey.i bought to water pump hoses 1 was 6 inches and the other was 3 inches and it was 42$ but over all great place

Had an issue with a faulty part I bought, and the NAPA guys took it back (without any headache) after hearing my story. I will be back for any future business over the other options Langley has to offer. Thanks NAPA!

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Very impressed with quality of service. Will definitely be back. They genuinely want to help with your car related issues, unlike there competitors who aren't as knowledgeable and helpful.
