NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA - Vancouver

I went here for a oil change and came back with numbers of problem l never had with my car and in inspection they told me my car’s break pads are gone although l got them changed last summer.
Worst experience these guys are ripping people off they create problem to get paid

Friendly service and he'll from the front desk staff. Got my new wipers from here and had no issues changing them in the parking lot.

I’m not saying they are slow but I had to return an item and I missed my kids growing up

Bought a starter payed tax on, returned core got no taxes back. So you get the core but the taxes are not only applied to both but not returned either. You stole from me the last time napa.

Employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Shopping at NAPA is always a good experience.
