NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Chilliwack

Went in there today to get new wipers. They had the right ones in stock and even put them on for me. Very impressed with the service!

For my own experience this is the best auto parts store in Chilliwack. I’m a regular customer but just working on my own cars and a couple older hobby cars. It depends on who is working the counter as to the service you get, but monday to friday when Russ is there it’s always good

Usually, I have no problems at this Napa location, but this past weekend I was not very impressed with their staff. There was a line up of 3-4 customers and only one young guy all by himself on the counter. I was in a bit of a rush, and before I turned to leave he had paged for more help, so I decided to stay a few minutes longer, after what felt like 10 minutes go by someone named Wendy came up to the front, didn’t acknowledge the customers still in line, laughed at the young guy, and walked away.
I couldn’t believe how rude she was. I definitely felt bad for that young guy to have to put up with such a unprofessional, and substandard co-worker.
I'll definitely be back, as you can't beat the prices, and usually the attitude, but I'd never deal with that rude woman.

Another good location! Staff that helped me was great. Helpful and friendly. Napa is consistently a better experience than I ever get lordco.

Great, friendly, helpful service. I was having trouble with my Honda’s battery and didn’t know if I needed a new one. Russ was kind enough to test it for me and they had the lowest price in town for a new one! I also spoke to a woman on the phone who was very helpful (but I didn’t get her name). I would highly recommend them!

I really love Napa. I have went here to get parts for my cars many times and they are always super helpful. They offer to beat any competitors prices too. Their customer service is just grate there. They don’t try to oversell and can sometimes offer helpful tips. I just love them. 5/5 good job guys

I can not say enough great things about this place. I learned that the man I usually talk to actually has some rather deep knowledge of the pruducts he is selling you cuz he uses them himself. He knows what he is talking about. These ppl go out of their way to help you. Way out of their way. When they are not able to help you they tell you who is best suited to be able to help you as far as they know. While they may not always be the cheapest I have learned through some research that is usually cuz the quality is better. The owner Sean has taught me that he does not like remanufactured items much cuz in most cases they are more expensive than the brand new product of the same quality. There are the times when that is not the case. They get to know you and your vehicle and come to understand you and know what you are looking for in terms of your money etc. They are not there to only just sell you products and earn money off you. They are there to genuinely help you out and try to make your life easier.

Great service and selection. Always strive to serve their customers well and I appreciate that. Parts and tools typically available same day if not in stock so good local area supply.

Im from out of town and came for a new battery after needing a boost and the counter guy came out and tested our battery and said we were fine.great service.

Shocked at the lack of service and follow up. Get this.yes it’s only $125 but Napa completed the work order for a new fuel pump for my Dodge Ram. The WRONG pump was installed and my family and I were left stranded on the side of the road for 5hours after it was toast. The problem was rectified and the correct pump was installed 2 days later after spending $125 on a tow and $40 on a cab. Drew the manager at Napa Chilliwack has yet to send anything (my money)
