I was sold some led rear turn signal bulbs after I made sure to ask them they wouldn’t do hyper-flash. I immediately went and tested them in the parking lot and to my surprise they not only hyper-flashed but they were dimmer than my stock halogens. I went back in and tried to return them and was refused. I will definitely not be buying bulbs from Napa again.

The counter girl was great. Part was waiting for me with a great discount. Lordco parts person couldn't give me a straight answer. Quoted me double the cost. Didn't know what a wiring harness was.

Sarah Steele was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, this is why I always come back too Napa.

They had the part but the wait time was way too long. Had to wait close to 30 mins for one brake line. The guy even got it at his desk and he didn’t tell me until about 10 mins in that it’s the part. Waste of time and bad customer service

Great service, staff is very knowledgeable and they give a wee discount. Overall great for anything you need for car or truck.

I love the inventory access and the professional staff that get you the right parts and the stuff you forgot you needed.

They have good prices and have always had the parts I was looking for. Lordco charges way more and usually hasn't had what I needed. The guy at the counter is very helpful and kind. I always go to NAPA instead of Lordco now. Having a shop in the front of an entire warehouse is a big plus. Thanks!

Ask for coolant temp sensor.he handed me the one for the coolant gauge. I didn't say gauge. Cause me 20 in gas. Wasted morning returning the item and changed me $6 extra for the other parts. Thanks napa experts.
Update next part I picked up: same fat bastered from the last time made my gf wait 10 min why he typed something in. Finally she asked someone else for help. (Not one person in store) This guy dont give 2 fks about his job yet he still there. What a disgrace of a store!

Walked in the female representative was quick to help, gave me options and had the part in 5min. Quick and painless.

I forget the guys name at the counter of the port kells napa but wow he saved the day. Bought 4 commercial batteries. Went to install and found out they were screw post type. Brought them back and he had the other 4 ready to go for me and matched the price so I didn't have to fuss with paperwork and sent me on my way. 10 points to that guy.

2 people standing around one girl on the phone had to wait for the girl to finish the call for help

Forgot the name of the Lady that helped me with the parts, but she was really knowledgeable about auto parts and she went above and beyond to get me what I needed. My Apologies I couldn’t mention your name and how great you were.

Really impressed with service from a certain girl I dont know name unfortunately but was floored of the knowledge she had and professionalism she brought no offense but alot of you young kids can learn alot about retail from this young lady the next time I'm in I will get name

Went in to ask for a fuel cap for a Mitsubishi Delica (I know full well it’s a unique import). The chick behind the desk replied with the utmost disinterest that I needed to supply a Toyota part number or she couldn’t help me. Luckily, I then went around the corner to a local auto parts store where the gentleman did a quick search, grabbed a fuel cap from the back, and came out to the parking lot himself to see if it would do the trick. Took him about 3 minutes, including making the sale. NAPA is lame.

A large auto parts store that appears to be their largest in the Lower Mainland. Very helpful staff. Could not find few parts for a JDM car.

Had what I needed, when no other parts store did. Or couldn't be bothered to look a bit harder

Great place. But there's one guy behind the counter who would just quit. We know you hate your job and by coming in to get something we are bothering you!

Good Place. Little expensive for me I assume because I dont have an account with them like I do at Lordco. Having that account gets me a discount at Lordco. I'm not sure if its the same way, though I do wish I had a discount at Napa because they seem to carry parts that the other stores don't have or don't have in stock. Overall good place for parts and even better if you have a discount!
