In my last service, they tried to sell me throttle body cleaning, but it was cleaned by them 6 months back so they were just trying to sell something, I didn't even needed. So just be little cautious and do your own research before saying YES to any service.

I have been seeing Pete for over 4 years with two different vehicles and each time he and his team have done exceptional work. Since the first time I started taking my vehicle in for service there have been great modern improvements to their services. The crew, as always, are friendly, super informative, reliable and honest. On top of this, they have a new feature where you receive notifications, whether by email or text, with a link that displays the work they have done to your vehicle, what is recommended and so on. I would highly recommend this auto shop.

This is a great place to leave your car if you have a problem or regular maintenance. The staff is extremly friendly and professional. The electronic report is amazing way to record what have been done and if there any issues instead of jotting down on a piece of paper. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

My family has been using nee way for years now. A good mechanic in north Burnaby is hard to find, so when a good one comes up, you stick with them. They have performed routine maintenance to full overhauls on all of my vehicles, and I’ve never had any complaints. Work is done right and on time.

Had a really great experience at New Way! Decided to bring my car in here after a recommendation, and glad I did. Peter and Walt really took the time to answer my questions, explain things, and made me feel like my vehicle was safe. I loved the digital service option where they send you a report on your vehicle including pictures. Would recommend this shop for sure and have found my new shop.

Worst experience ever. Not upfront about cost and didn't send me my quote that I paid for. I would take it to Canadian tire next time. Front desk guy is very unprofessional when I questioned the bill.

They really take care of their customers. They did me up a list of all this things that needed attention on my 91 Le Baron. Walt helped me out, letting me know what needed to be done in order of importance. He kept me informed on how my repairs were going via text. He also answers all my questions when I send them his way as well.

It feels really good to have this team on my side. Knowing that they are going to take care of me an my car is really important. Having a mechanic you can really trust is so valuable, and I really feel like I have that with these guys.
