Don’t waste your time… I don’t recommend this repair shop to anyone Terrible Customer Service I took my vehicle for a repair and 5 business days went by no diagnostic on my vehicle no phone call from them all they did was park my vehicle a block away on the street When I called them all I got was a Lame excuse so of course I asked for my key back. I’ll take my vehicle to a real PROFESSIONAL Repair shop this time.

We have used this site for over 13 years to look after our large fleet of vehicles. If the vehicle needs a new engine or a simple fix these are the guys. Customer service and quality or work is exceptional. Highly recommend

This place is dishonest and expensive.
I brought in my Civic 2013 requesting just charge top up for the battery. They called me back 20minutes later saying I need a new battery and wants $360 for it. $360! Can you believe it.

I said too expensive and they lowered it to $290. I said forget it and they still charged me $50 for "diagnostic". Even though Pete told me over the phone it only cost $25 for a battery charge top up. Yea sure those are different things but I'm sure these guys will gouge you for whatever they can.

Took my car to another shop that quoted me $180 to replace battery. However, they ran a battery test and showed me result my battery still has 70% life left! So they only had to top up my battery and I was good to go. All for only $80.

Champlain's NAPA left a bad taste in my mouth. Exorbitant price and dishonest people.

I've been coming to this shop with my work vehicles for 5 years and have always been impressed with the level of service. We've started taking our personal vehicle here as well and it has been a great experience. Pete takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and why. He's never pushed unnecessary work on us and has even recommended to push non-essential service to a later date. The pick-up/drop-off service is convenient and he often has a courtesy car available for the longer repairs.

It's not often you find a mechanic you can trust, but Pete is definitely one of them!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. After NAPA AutoPro Champlain Service had our Honda Civic for 3 full business days, we still had no diagnosis, no parts ordered and no clarity on what was happening. After being without our only car for 4 days, they had only spent 1 hour on it. Having no assurance they would ever get to our car, we had to demand it back and start all over again at another garage. (In contrast, the other garage had the diagnosis and all the work done within 6 hours and the car back the same day). We will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this mechanic for years. Peter and Scott are great. Trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend

Had my car in for an oil change at the dealership. They gave me a list of recommendations, but what they told me did not make sense.something felt fishy. So instead I brought it to this Napa location; they inspected the car and found nothing wrong! And on top of it, didn't even charge me for their their. An honest business! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this automotive workshop. I've used them many times since 2016 and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and customer service. They were also recommended to me initially which I'm grateful for. A+

Super solid garage. They do good work at reasonable prices. Peter bends over backwards to work with you to find solutions within your budget and works very hard to make sure you understand exactly what work is needed and what can wait. Great mechanic, I'd recommend them to anyone.

This place is horrible the owner is a liar, I took my ls400 here to get the brakes checked because the pedal was very soft, I took the car in for an inspection and they told me the master cylinder needed to be replaced, I decided to get a 2nd quote and get my car out of there, when they gave it back to me they forgot to tighten the bolts on my front wheel, and as I was driving down the street on Kerr my wheel flew off, luckily no one was injured, after all this happened I finally was able to get the car to a proper mechanic, they found the issue in a half hour, it was low on brake fluid due to a leak in a line, total price was 100$ to fix the issue. I advise everyone to stay away from this place.
