NAPA AUTOPRO - Ward's Hilltop Service Centre

Hands down best shop I've run into over the years. I transferred from wrenching to detailing and not only refer all my mechanical requests to them but now take all my own personal mechanical needs to them. Realistic and down to earth are two words right away that come to mind with them. Honorable backed with experience some of my friends have driven from Vancouver to bring their vehicles here. Let them take care of your car's repairs. I suggest taking a vehicle in for an inspection to just get a status check before problems happy.

I highly recommend this shop, Rob was very helpful. If you need a thorough inspection done on a vehicle prior to purchase this is the place to go! And the price was very reasonable.

Great service great mechanic shop I've taken multiple vehicles there and I've been happy every time.

Friendly, helpful and informative. My brother had made the appointment for me but the time got changed and I wasn’t aware. I also thought that he had told them what the car was there for so probably appeared pretty stupid when I arrived. They accommodated me, Ward did a diagnostic and did what had to be done to get me back on the road with recommended follow up. Rob was very communicative throughout the process to keep me up to date with cost and timeline. Overall, car was ready ahead of time and under the estimated cost.
Always hard to find a good and honest mechanic but have found one more and will travel the extra distance for the service.

Buyers beware, my elderly mother went there and asked for just an oil change for her Chevy suv which she usually pays $40 in Winnipeg. She came back and was charged for a “gold” oil change which ended up being $160. I wish she’d have called me immediately. If she was informed before hand that would be one thing but I think that’s ridiculous for an oil change and I feel she was robbed.

Ward is the best! My mother who is a senior was told by a mechanic in Richmond that she needed new brake pads and it was going to cost her $800.

Thankfully my mom decided to drive out to White Rock to see Ward as he has serviced her car in the past and she has always received excellent service.

Shortly after my mom had dropped her car off for Ward to replace her brake pads, he called to let her know that the cars brake pads did not in fact need replacing. She actually still had 80 percent left on her rear brake pads and 60 percent left on her front brake pads. My mom was so thankful to Ward for being honest with her.

It’s refreshing to find a shop that communicates and doesn’t try to upsell you on all the things that you could possibly need. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They have amazing customer service, very flexible, they professional and they are a legit experienced and hardworking team of individuals. I % recommend.

My Subaru took in province inspection in Jan 2023, and after 2 weeks, I found my car's left front wheel noisy, louder more and more 2 days, and also shaking, I must drive to another mechanic shop to check if the broken or wheel was damaged, the other shop examined that all 4 wheels nuts loosed, they didn't tie the nuts properly. I spent $50 dollars on fixing this issue.this guy does not work seriously.

Excellent, every time — these are the guys for your vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs. Thank you for the awesome job you guys do.

If there is a problem with one tire, Costco will tell you: Multiple damages cannot be repaired, 4 tires need to be replaced, and there is no stock, so find a way by yourself. But, Ward will tell you: he checks first, then fixes it. One flat tire, Costco would tell you it's multipunctures, not repairable; need to change all 4, and they happened to be out of stock, so you have to go elsewhere. Took their advice and came to Ward's. Now "the" tire is fixed and we are finally diving without fear. Who is better? !

Integrity. Had a different service provider rake up a list of recommendations that was going to be a hefty bill. Talked to the gentleman here at Napa. They were open and transparent on what was TRULY needed instead of all the BS upsells. Would highly recommend.
