NAPA AUTOPRO - Westlynn Service

I am 70 years old - I have seen a lot. We just moved to Vancouver and were introduced to Westlynn Service by our son. I have never seen such a professional and transparency automotive service before. No pressure, no unnecessary repairs. This is truly trustworthy, ethical business. I have never left any reviews even when i wanted to. But this time i had to. Kudos to Paul & Rob.

They were really great to deal with. They followed up after I had some work done on my Toyota & when the issue wasn’t completely solved, they took my car back in and completed the job with no further charge. They also gave me the most affordable option to get the issue fixed. Appreciate it guys

I recently switched from 10 years of service at Honda to Napa Autopro in Lynn Valley. I am so impressed with the quality of service. They answer their phone, take the time to discuss with me, send photos, and give options for fixes. I feel like I am in good hands.

These guys are awesome. I had a computer issue with my car and they were great about explaining what they had tried and further steps if it continued acting up. They even called a few days after servicing it to check if there were ongoing concerns. Always responsive, respectful of my time, and high quality work.

I got a flat tire on my Tesla Y the moment it started snow in Vancouver. Needless to say that not a single Tirestore was able to fix my brand-new winter tire. In my desperation I called NAPA in our neighbourhood and they were able to accommodate me the very next morning. The car was in for just 2 hours. They fixed my tire in-between jobs. I am very impressed with NAPA 'S awsome customer service team- esoecially Paul who managed my case. NAPA will for sure be our to go shop, if we have non-electric issues with our Teslas.

I had my battery replaced, as well as windshield wipers. All my family use West Lynn for their car service needs.
They are close by, trustworthy, organized, and professional. It is the only place I trust with my Mercedes. I have never been disappointed with their level of service. They get my 5star rating!

I've had some problems with my vehicle as of late and have been to a couple other shops on the North Shore - Westlynn Napa has been by far the best experience. I was quite impressed with the digital vehicle inspection reports (has photos & detailed information on all issues found). Overall the quality of work & customer service experience were both very good - would definitely recommend & will be a return customer.

I’ve been taking my Kia to them the last 3-4 services. Such great service, I really like the detailed reports they send and feel they’re very trustworthy.
