Techs sandbag the job and you get over charged, the spark plugs they installed are the same ones they sell and somehow I was charged an additional $175 for them, will scam you stay away!

Bill and the crew are my go-to mechanics. They know their stuff and they'll only recommend the necessities. They'll also let you know of things coming up, and if you have bigger work projects, they'll help you do the job in order of importance. The shop is mostly true journeymen mechanics which are hard to find these days. They see the value in meticulous mechanical work, and they approach each situation with precision. These things are exactly what I want in my mechanic, and this shop hits all those points. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this mechanic for years! Have had many issues with my car over the years and they have been able to fix everything for me and calm my stress about cars! My car even caught on fire this past December and they handled everything perfect. Highly recommend this mechanic!

We took our 20 year old vehicle in for air conditioning repair and oil leaks. Bill was wonderful. Very proficient and efficient. Fit us in within a days notice. Bill has integrity and cares about his customers dumping too much money into a vehicle that is not worth fixing. He is our new “go to guy” for future vehicle issues. Thanks again Bill.

Bill made sure my older car was in safe working order before we gave it to our daughter in university. He went over every detail, and I had confidence that he would only suggest fixing anything which was truly needed.
I needed an oil change and new brakes, and he had it done that day! I felt good dropping off my vehicle to my daughter the following weekend.

Called in to get some prices for recent automotive project I sadly cant be sure of the name but it was a woman I spoke to, name began with with M (Melanie possibly Melody not sure) but very quick smart and efficient with getting me what I needed. I could also tell that they were pretty busy but that didnt matter. I appreciated the one customer at a time approach. Good job guys solid service thank you!

Fast efficient and friendly, saved my bacon when my car broke down during a road trip. Update on my original review, they were able to find an issue I have taken my car to 3 people to try and fix, and after spending $3000 fixing things that didn't need to be fixed, they fixed the issue for ~$100 I wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Bill and his team at Napa Autopro are very helpful and friendly as I got an oil change earlier today and then on my way home my front tire got a screw in it and they fixed it rite away. I thank you all so much

We have gone to this Autopro location for our vehicles since we were referred by a friend several years ago. Bill & Maria are very customer focused and always attentive. What we appreciate is that they tell us what needs repairing urgently, what could wait, and what to watch. They are very honest and thorough - and even source used parts when possible to save us on repair costs. We have referred several friends, who have all said how trustworthy and knowledgeable they are.

They have helped me a few times now, first with an issue with the exhaust on my truck, then recently with getting new snow tires for both our truck and car. I ask lots of questions and for their 10th Anniversary, they brought in the rep, who was able to answer most of them, so I could make the right decision for our situation. Traveling in the Fraser Valley during snow and ice can be scary. I now feel like we'll be safe and able to get to and from work and play, without issues. Thank you Bill & Diane for running a shop that is honest, affordable, capable, accommodating and people who care. Go talk to them! Or just call, they'll tell you straight if they can help you.

Purchased Tires, had my headlight fixed and exhaust repaired. Great service. Happy with the work.

Changing my review. I used to think these guys were great but then they tried to charge me an extremely high price to get my battery and alternator replaced. I ended up fixing them myself for a fraction of the price (thanks YouTube). They also offered to buy my car from me (I planned to sell it soon anyway) and they tried to majorly low ball me. The male owner is very pleasant to deal with, the woman owner was cranky. I'm going somewhere else next time for fear of being taken for a ride.

They are honest and fair, I will be back and will be scheduling my other vehicle to be serviced here too.

Sometime in May of last year, I have the unpleasant experience of dealing with Fraser Valley Auto Pro.
They forgot to tighten my front brake caliper, causing damage to my front wheel. Phoned towing truck and have it towed to a tire shop thinking it was the tire that gave way, when I was at the tire shop, I was shown the brake caliper that was not tighten! One bolt was dangling from the caliper and the other is missing and have cause damage to the wheel (thus the air escape and flattened the tire).
I then have the vehicle towed from the tire shop back to Fraser Valley Auto Pro and later when I email to them asking that they reimburse me for the two towing charges and the damage wheel, I was offered only one towing fees and the damage wheel become my problem because of their negligence!
I have also paid upfront for the wheel alignment charges and in good faith (but have not done the alignment yet) and I have no intention of dealing with them, period!
