I had a radiator leak and I was driving from back home from Vancouver to kitamat.
I explained what happened and the two technicians at the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and offered me advice on how to fix it.
I made it all the home with their advice and there was no other issue

Very disappointed. My buddy and I have been working on a 1992 7.3L idi truck I recently got but became stumped at one part so I decided to bring it here because I saw good reviews. I told them the areas of concern and not only did it take over a week to look at the truck but they then emailed me saying it would cost $1500 to start with testing (not including parts and further work!) and described an area I knew didn't need fixing. I towed my truck home right away and had another look at it with my friend. We got it started within an hour and found the culprit; a $400 fix.

Jacquie, the owner, was superb! He and his team quickly diagnosed my electrical issue on my Sprinter RV and got it fixed quickly. I cant thank them enough for the quick fix!

I came to Gears Plus for a detailed diagnostic on my 2015 Ford F150. I liked that my Service Representative Tanya clearly communicated the services and rates that I could expect. I received a link to the diagnostic report which was detailed, easy to follow and had photos to backup the diagnosis. When I picked up my truck and booked the repairs I had a couple of questions; the Automotive Technician who performed the diagnostic stopped what he was doing and gladly answered my questions. I have no hesitation to recommend Gears Plus. They're a great team who are clearly well equipped, I'm confident in their technical ability and I felt really appreciated as a customer.

I have been working with Gears Plus for many years to keep my vehicles maintained and repaired when needed. Their team is professional, courteous and have always gone the extra mile. I’m always treated with respect and feel the technicians take the time to do the job right. In my opinion this is the best team in town when it comes to keeping you on the road.

I had a diagnostic check done on my Ram 1500. It had no reverse lights and a traction control warning light on constantly.
The problems were both resolved when I picked up my truck.
Two major expense parts had to be replaced, so the repair cost was high, but parts cost what they cost, and Labour charges were reasonable given the extent of the work. I was offered a few options for sourcing the parts, at different price levels. The final solution was roughly 50% less expensive than buying from Dodge OEM.
I was happy with the scheduling and details of customer service, email communication was prompt and professional.
I think there are probably cheaper places in town to take your repair work, but I've been that route with some other local repair shops.and the aggravation is just not worth the possible saving of a few dollars.

I received a new to me work truck that was in not the cleanest condition. I worked with Gears Plus and Finish line and they got my truck detailed up for me. I would highly recommend both locations for services at Gears Plus and Autocare at Finish Line. I even got it back the same day! Thank you Jackie and Tonia for taking such good care of me!

My girlfriend recently had a "diag" done. I've previously dealt with napa autopro in another city and recommended her to take her car to them because I was always treated fairly.
I also would like to mention I'm a service advisor at a large dealership and have been doing this job for a decade.
The labor rate is rediculous @ $162/hr. For that hour they drove it with a scan tool for 10 minutes and measured fuel rail pressure.
She was not given an update until she called in 3 hours after dropping ot off. When she spoke to the advisor she was told that they would require another $400 to drop the tank to inspect the pump. (it literally takes 30 minutes to drop the tank) Napa's advisor had already been told that the pump and tank were recently inspected. I actually saw it myself in August, where the tank was very clean and had absolutely no debris in it.
Napa told my girlfriend that they suspected the tank was deteriorating and was probably full of rust debris. How is that possible to happen in the few short months since I had the tank on the ground? My girlfriend had to leave and come back home to kelowna. The concern was not addressed, however they did charge the full hour for a no fault found. Plus enviro fees and shop supplies for their tech to drive it for 20 minutes and measure tread depths.
Once she got home finally after driving unsafely to get home I had a chance to look at it. The issue had nothing to do with fuel delivery whatsoever. It's a torque converter sensor issue. These clowns wanted $600 to diagnose nothing.
I will never again recommend napa autopro to anyone. Their labor rate is excessive. Diagnosis incorrect. Beware prince George I'd highly advise to stay away from here.

Excellent experience all around dealing with Gears Plus. Fast and efficient work and able to pinpoint the problem. When I went to pick up my car it was good as new. And when I say good as new, they even cleaned my car inside and out. Wiped down all the leather and even left candies for my kids in my cup holders. Top notch service. Thanks Gears Plus for getting me safely back in the road just in time for summer travel.

Once again, awesome service! My son's car had an issue and they were able to fit us in on short notice to do the diagnosis and repair. We dealt with Jacquie and she was incredibly friendly and gave very clear explanations of the work needed, prices and timelines etc. We really appreciated this, as well as the video and pictures sent to our phone showing the vehicle and the broken parts so we could see exactly what was being fixed. It certainly made us feel more confident in the repairs being done. We will definitely be coming back!

I went to NAPA with a few mechanical issues and also needed some autobody repair. Jacquie was outstanding with communication and customer service. She also kept my parents in the loop who live in Alberta. (My dad would have fixed everything had I been at home.) Instead of ordering me a new hood, Jeff stayed late and fixed it himself. NAPA doesn't typically do autobody work, so this was greatly appreciated! Thank you NAPA for making a stressful situation bearable! I will definitely be back (hopefully only for general maintenance).

Our daughter is from Alberta and attends University in Prince George. After our daughter 's car accident, she had her car towed to Napa. We weren't sure what to expect because we had never dealt with them before. We received a phone call from Jacquie who told us that they emailed us some pictures of the car and a detailed summary of the damages. It was amazing to be able to look at the damage while having a discussion about the car. First and foremost, Jeff, the mechanic and the shop owner, was concerned about the costs simply because our daughter was a student. He did everything in his power that he could to ensure we received the best service possible. He surpassed all of our expectations. Jacquie was so helpful and wonderful to talk to like she had been a lifelong friend. We are so grateful to the Napa team for helping us to the best of their ability. We definitely will be taking our service to Napa again. We are sold on Napa. Outstanding service.
