The people at Merritt Napa are incredible!
These folks are very compassionate and caring, after hearing about our ordeal and that we still had half the trip to go to get home they went out of their way to help us.
They were down one mechanic and booked for a week solid, but took the time out of their day to get us in and replace our fuel pump in the same day we showed up. Other shops had anywhere from 3 days to 3 week wait to even have us looked at!
I can’t say enough good things about these people. If your ever in need of mechanical repairs in the Merritt area, we highly recommend seeing the good people at Napa.

Adam worked on my truck after we broke down. The bill was less than was quoted and the kindness they showed to my wife and myself was above my expectations.

Rob was so helpful and accommodating when we had vehicle problems on the Coquihalla. So appreciated his knowledge and experience. He was able to get us back on the road safely. Thank you so much Rob!

We broke down close to Merrit and had our car towed to Napa. They listened, quickly took a look at the engine and gave us an assessment and recommendation to contact dealership for potential service coverage. Though they did not do a repair, they were extremely helpful providing info and phone numbers and allowing our car to sit in their lot while we struggled to find a tow truck. So friendly and kind and I would trust my car with them any day. Thanks for all your help guys!

Four (mostly senior) ladies stopped at Napa Autopro on Friday late afternoon for advice when the vehicle we were travelling in began to experience problems coming over the Coquihalla towards Merritt on our way to Salmon Arm. The owner Rob and his son, Adam, were busy and near the end of their work week. Nevertheless they took my car into the back and went over and above, staying until 7pm (they close at 5) working and trying to diagnose the problem. They did not let us leave until they were certain they could get us fixed up to continue safely to our destination. Not only that, Adam researched availability of parts, garages etc for us in Salmon Arm in case we had more problems. Adam was prepared to help us in Kamloops during the weekend if we needed it on his days off and gave me his cell number.
All of this extra time and work was given with such friendliness and grace that we were overwhelmed.
There are not words to describe the gratitude and thankfulness we have for Rob, Adam and Misty (receptionist extraordinaire!). We felt we had found guardian angels to keep us safe! None of us have ever experienced such amazing customer service! These guys are THE BEST! They are competent, more than fair and all of them are just plain wonderful people. I feel like I made new friends! Best car trouble experience we’ve EVER had! And thank you to the woman at the gas station next door to them for directing us over to them! She would not sell us anything we thinking of purchasing to try fix it ourselves until we checked in with them!

Truck broke down passing through town. Had me fixed up and back on the road with friendly quality service and a fair price. Others in the area were quoting 3 weeks to repair. The gang at NAPA had me out the door in 3 business days. Thanks Misty!

Absolute Heroes! If you're looking for a shop that cares with great service and goes above and beyond, look no further. These guys are the best and they went out of their way to be helpful to us and our customer!

I went and got an oil change here and the cascading headaches coming from that oil change are still here because I have lost my truck for week all because their mechanic can't check a back up camera before he backs up and drive straight into a garbage can. My 50,000 dollar truck. Thanks a lot. I've literally been forced into downtime because the replacement vehicle the Boyd gave me won't tow a trailer or even hold a couple 2 by 4s. The financial losses stemming from this incident is well into the thousands of dollars. On top of that they somehow put regular oil in my vehicle instead of synthetic and I paid $40 more than I would pay at a Mobil 1 for top rated synthetic. What a joke. Maybe ok to take a old run down Ford to.but I wouldn't take any vehicle with less than 200,000 km to this place. Its just been one headache after another because a guy who works with vehicles here can't drive them.

Misty and Adam were really awesome, helpful, and nice. My truck broke down outside of Hope and I brought it to the back of this shop and they quickly got me a diagnosis and we're okay with offering me suggestions as I completed the job myself to replace my fuel pump and Adam answered several questions I had and gave me peace of mind. Misty was very kind and generous thanks guys two thumbs up for me

It's so hard to find a good and honest mechanic these days, but this place is both. After taking our vehicle to another mechanic in Merritt (who couldn't find the problem) we brought it over to the crew here. They found out what was wrong with it right away, and fixed it quickly (and inexpensively!)

I would never think about taking a vehicle to get fixed anywhere else in Merritt. They're so knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Misty and Adam for the amazing service!

Thank you for the great service and for more importantly putting our family at ease. Everyone at Napa Autopro Merrit were kind and genuinely helpful in getting us back on the road. What started as a possibly very stressful afternoon ended with us safely back on the road after many hours of troubleshooting to solve our van’s engine issue. Sometimes you forget there are truly good people out there- Napa Autopro Merrit should be proud of themselves.

Wanted to give a huge thanks to Rob and his staff, my windshield sprayer pump quit working on the highway from Kelowna on my way to abbotsford, not good for wet roads! He got me in last minute and was able to put a new pump in for me to get me to abbotsford, very friendly and amazing service:)

Thank you so much to Rob and his team for fitting me in so quickly and getting my truck back and running. I was beyond stressed out when my truck died, Rob got the parts the next day and I had my vehicle soon after! Completely stress and hassle free, I'll be bringing my truck in for all future work to be done. Wonderful staff and clear communication. Thanks again.
