Worst bank ever. There rep lies and ghost you after signing you up with fake promises and call center guys do not care at all. They will disconnect the call repeatedly. Worst decision ever. Highly not recommend

We were lucky to get to Lyudmila.at the bank on Richmond. Lyudmila was very welcoming and friendly with us. She was extremely attentive and told us the best option. From start to the end, Mr. Ramezani made the typically tedious process seamless and efficient. Everything was handled online. He took the time to answer each of my questions thoroughly and walked me through each step with clarity. Much appreciated!

They fulfilled my request quickly and promptly. One thing I want to note and haven't seen in other posts is that there are dedicated parking spots for retail shoppers from the back of the building.

Edit: Went there again the next day at 430pm and again closed. Rang the door bell and the nice manager made an exception and let me in to help setup my new account. Updated stars rating and shout out to the manager lady, thanks again for helping me out!

Hours not consistent with maps, went there on Monday at 430pm to find out they closed and wasted my time. Also called the branch last week and left a voicemail that was never returned.

I recently opened an account as a part of a comprehensive banking package. The financial advisor, Ali, was very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right products. I did almost all the steps online and over the phone with him.

Ali helped my dad and I account opened up a bank account and a brokerage account. Real nice guy.

Now there is still bank closed on Saturday.what a good customer service. I get a response from them which I can deal lot of stuff on line instead going to the bank. Then why I see still ton of people lining up on cibc, td bank. I guess those customers do not know stuff can deal on line right?
