I love every type of shoe Natives comes out with. It all started with the Apollo and then transitioned to the Jefferson and now onto the Johnny Treklite Bloom boot. I cannot say enough about my love for these shoes. The entire family (kids and husband alike) are all in Jefferson’s. They slip on easily, washable and nearly indestructible to toddlers. All around great shoe and great company with excellent customer service.

The absolute worst. There is an Instagram ad that’s running a promotion for their shoes. I placed an order and didn’t get a confirmation. I reached out to the head office to confirm the order and was told that it’s a scam. Their website got frauded and copied by scammers. When I asked whether they would be able to rectify the situation in any way, I was told no. I don’t agree with this, sure they have no control over the scam but it’s their name that’s being tarnished. I’ve been a customer for years and can say that I will no longer be purchasing their shoes online ever and would not recommend that anyone does either. I wouldn’t trust the security.

Need a better website. Takes forever to load a page.

I ordered the wrong size for my kid, the on-line chat service impressed me. They are friendly, and helped promptly.
