Nature's Fare Markets

I had the turkey dinner kit yesterday and it was delicious but there was hardly any gravy. Next time could you please be a little more generous with the gravy.

They were so eager to close tonight that even though we came in with ten minutes left three employees went out of their way to make us feel bad for being there as a customer by shutting lights off on displays near us. I walked over to the drink display and the employee shut the curtain and laughed at us with another employee. This is completely unnecessary as all I wanted was a drink. I went home asking myself why I shop here. This is not the first time I've left here wondering who coaches these employees. They seem to receive joy from being mean. Why? Choices on the other hand has always been so welcoming no matter what time you shop. An obvious difference in management.

This used to be my favorite store but I won’t drive from Vancouver anymore after they stopped carrying my favorite vegan and gluten free brands. They used to have the best cocunut bread from Kelowna - don’t carry it anymore. They used to have the best mushroom truffle vegan perogies from west bank - they don’t carry it anymore. They used to carry the best Parma-veg (spicy) as a sprinkle replacement for Parmesan cheese- they no longer have it. Sorry natures Fare- you lost all of my business. Your new buyer sucks!

Customer service has declined over the past year or so, else would've been 5 stars.

Update: i see new staff so perhaps that is why service has improved vastly. Updated rating also to reflect the improvements.

Love the variety of organic items, though sorry to see the fresh vegetable juice go! Very friendly staff.

My go to! Great for so many GF + DF options. Always love their smoothies and soups. Recently went in, and Alexa helped me pick out everything from my naturopath’s treatment plan. So helpful and knowledgeable - thanks again!

Most items are worth the extra cost. Staff is always great. Love the local made products and the fresh pressed juices!
