Make sure the right door and motor is installed before you pay. I was referred by my neighbor and Navi agreed to the install the same product. But when it was installed, I realized the motor was a lower brand. Also the door was from another company. Careful!

I highly recommend this company. The spring on my garage door broke at 11: 00 am and my truck was stuck in my garage. I called them and Nav was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the springs. He was very professional and worked fast, the price was very reasonable as well.

Mr. Charan and his team done excellent job to fix my spring as well as installing garage door opener. I was very much disappointed when installation guy from Hope Depot said he cannot install it and suggested to buy a Jack shaft (return the current unit). As most of my neighbours got the same unit installed, I was wondering why mine cannot be installed as it shouldn't be a rocket science.

That is when I called Nav Point (as they fixed by spring earlier) and Mr. Charan visited just to inspect the situation free of cost no obligation and he assured me it can be done. And they did it. His team is very professional and cooperative. I would highly recommend Nav Point.
