The good side is that once you get someone to help you, they are very helpful. They take time to help with fitting and check for stocks.

However, I don’t quite understand why you still need to scan the QR code for lineup when the store was almost empty. The first time I went to purchase some uniforms, a few of the items were on back order and I was told to wait a few week. That was in July so it was ok. No news after a few weeks so I went online to check, then I found out the staff who entered my profile got the province and postal code wrong! I changed it right away hoping the shipping hasn’t gone out yet. Then I went to the store to see how much longer did I have to wait. Gladly it was still in back order because I also found out that the address was still wrong in their system! The staff helped fixing my address again and found a few items in stock so I was able to get something back on that trip.

In early September, I placed an order to have it pick up in store. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received the email saying it’s ready to pick up. My credit card has been charged on the day I placed the order though.

I've gone to this store for at least 10 times and don't recall coming out happy for even once. They give you attitude for entering the store as if you are begging them for something. The sizing AND material of the uniforms are very inconsistent. Many items are out of stock and they will help you place orders online for the items, and reassure you they will be shipped from their warehouse in 2 weeks. Surely enough, it doesnt arrive in nearly 2 months and when you ask them if there's a more accurate ship date they will tell you to just wait another 2 weeks. As of right now it's been over 2 months and I still don't have my items. They don't understand (or they just don't care) that school is starting and people need their uniforms. The most ridiculous incident for me recently is that I got a $80 kilt from them and it's so long that it goes all the way down to my daughter's ankles - and my daughter is one of the tallest girl in the class. When I went to ask them if it's a faulty skirt because it is already the smallest size and none of the other kid's skirt is that long! She happily handed me over a 10% off coupon to get it hemmed at their allied alteration company. I later found out that most moms had the same problem and they pay $60+ to alter the skirt cuz it's ridiculously long. I dread having to go to this store everytime.sigh.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received on September 29,2023, at approximately 2: 08 pm, at the right side cashier.
Upon arriving at the store, I found myself in the next line at one of the two counters. Unfortunately, the other counter was operating at a significantly slower pace. I was eagerly waiting to pay for the items, including a uniform I intended to purchase. However, my frustration began when the cashier, an Indian lady, decided to assist another customer from a separate line without informing me.
This turn of events left me feeling both upset and disregarded. I was the rightful next customer in line, patiently waiting my turn. Despite repeatedly voicing my concerns to the cashier, she chose to ignore me and proceeded to serve the other lady, who had her own separate line. This lack of consideration and adherence to proper queue etiquette left me furious and deeply dissatisfied.
As someone who has worked in customer service previously, I understand the importance of treating customers fairly and respectfully. In this instance, I felt neither valued nor respected as a customer. I couldn't help but wonder if the cashier's biased behavior was influenced by my attire, as I couldn't help but notice the stark difference between my appearance and the well-dressed appearance of the other customer.
It is disheartening to think that my legitimate concerns were brushed aside, particularly when I was looking forward to a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. I believe that customer service should prioritize fairness, professionalism, and the well-being of customers, which regrettably was not reflected during my visit.

I went to the shop about a week ago and forgot to see the board outside for scanning some QR code and joining a queue. As soon as I went inside, I was made aware of the crime I did since out of the 4 young people at the reception, no one would listen to me at all until I registered in the queue. This is when the shop was entirely empty. Now I understand you need the queue for records but I could've been asked to do that once I was greeted with a smile (yes, normal customer service) and asked what I needed. I stood like a ghost for 5-10 mins with two young kids and wasn't even spoken to till I joined the electronic queue. Even after that, the way they looked at each other about who will actually entertain me made me feel extremely unwelcomed. Instead of ordering online, I went to the shop to get a personal experience since I wanted to measure up the clothes for my kid to be sure of the size, but never have I felt so unwelcomed by customer service in my entire life.

This is for the manager - I don't think I'm asking too much when I say a simple 'hey what can we do for you today' should be taught to the one attending to the customers.

I thought many times whether I should write this review or just move on, but no, I'm a disappointed customer and I would like to mention that here.

Was my first time there so it was a bit of a learning curve. The lady that helped me was amazing and walked me through the whole process of getting uniforms for my child for school.

Impossible to reach the store by phone to check on availability of items. All calls routed to a call center that runs on EST making contact further difficult.

Olena was very helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to pick out all the different aspects of our daughter’s school uniform. She’s a real credit to this establishment. Many thanks

It’s a very expensive store for school uniforms a set of sports uniform cost around $75 for a grade 1 kid, as they is no competition around I think they are ripping of the customers who are instructed by the private schools to purchase from them only even the quality of some of the clothing is of poor it starts loosing the colour in six months I hope they have a reasonable price on the clothing for kids or they will end up like some of the top brand stores who are closing their stores here in BC
Looking for an alternative store in BC or on line purchase

Very disappointed from there service. I ordered uniform nearly 2 months ago still no update. Worst part is they don’t even pick up the phone.

I placed an order in Sept for my daughter. I received all items except 1. Since then I’ve tried emailing (twice), calling daily to no answer and then leaving a message with no return. It’s been three months. At this rate, by the time I receive the item she will be outgrown it. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and will vent my frustrations to our school to see what are our choices moving forward.

Staff member named Pav has great customer service. She was extremely helpful on the phone and in store- very patient, efficient, pleasant to talk to, and helped me find exactly what I needed and was happy to cater to me to find me the best priced item as my son only has a few weeks left in his school to wear uniform. I left a very satisfied customer because she took the time to find what was best for me. Thank you, Pav. You made my day!:)

Can't connect to a telephone operator, worst customer service ever.no. 1 in the queue and waited for 2 hours and still no response, there is no operator. Delivery of purchased items has not yet received after 3 months of purchase confirmation.
