Absolutely amazing service from all staff. They got my vehicle back to me fairly quickly. The work they did is absolutely amazing. I visited this location on an icbc claim and they made everything so easy. When I got my vehicle back it was absolutely spotless inside and out. Amazing customer service and amazingly well done job. I highly recommend them.

What a great bunch of folks! I hit a deer while on vacation, and needed a quick look see to make sure I could drive home. They were so kind, and accommodated me quickly, and professionally. The fellows pulled my door out so I could at least open it, and made sure all the loose parts were taped for the trip back to calgary. Great shop!

I recently had my local dealership where I purchased my vehicle replace the striker and latch on my intermittently locking hatchback. Sadly, when the work was done the latch actually worked worse than it had before. The dealership inferred that my hatch door might be bent and offered no solution. I went to Neighbourhood Auto to see if they could determine the problem. One of their staff quickly came out to my car and went over the latch mechanism and figured it was merely a case of adjusting the position of the latch and striker. He did this all in 10-15 minutes and had the hatch lock functioning again in short order. When I offered to pay him for his time he refused! My friends, customer service is alive and well and it is alive at Neighbourhood Auto in Penticton.

The job was excellent. Very professional. Becky was extremely accommodating getting us a car as we were from Princeton. They cleaned the car inside and out. Treated so nice it is the only place to go. Will tell everyone! Thank you everyone at Neighborhood Autobody.
