Really need to update their hours, I just wasted 45 minutes coming here when I could have gone to Long and McQuade in surrey in less time.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing waste of time and just makes me feel like I need to choose the big brand store next time if I want reliability.

Very good shop and music school.
They are expensive but comparing how good they are they are cheap.
Quality is very high. Only the teacher is always late, every time he reaps me off with some time.

Friendly and professional with great selection, great advice and excellent luthier services. I had my father's Tombo electric ukulele refurbished here, and learned the history of the instrument at the same time. Highly recommended.

Great talking to them but very rigid about music creation. More interest in upsaling then saling the magic of music.

These guys have always been extraordinarily friendly on the phone and in person and just as helpful if not more so!

Left my Strat with Mark (the tech) for some servicing, the guitar sounds like new! Couldn't be more grateful! Always been a favorite shop of mine

A nice smaller shop run by very knowledgeable people. They know their strings here. Seems like a good selection in there especially Ukes and they do repair work on site as well.
They.can come off a little snobbish but, I can't find fault with that if they are never wrong.
