Great location and building. Apartments are modern with great appliances and spacious layouts. Building manager Kamil has always been super helpful and welcoming.

Love the location! It is within walking distance to everything you need: restaurants, groceries, downtown, skytrain and beach! The management is always very helpful and friendly!

I lived there for a year. Great building manager. Very easy to talk to. Location is great as it is close to everything. The building is kept clean, and I have no complaints. I reccomend this building.

Would definitely recommend these apartments. My girlfriend and I moved in September 2020. The whole experience has been great, the building is always kept clean and secured with the keyless (fob) system. Any problems are dealt with straight away, the manager (Kamil) is fantastic and always approachable. Location is also brilliant. 10 minute walk into the heart of Yaletown, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute drive to Kitsalano, 15 minute walk to Granville station/ city centre. 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of renting here!

Lived here for a few years now, well thought out floor plans with ample storage. Convenient location near Yaletown, English bay and Granville street.

Hardwood floored apartments equipped with amenities. Managed by a friendly manager and the common building areas cleaned daily. A terrace with barbeque and seating arrangements. Neon apartments houses simple urban living within proximity to bus stops, walking distance to hubs and is located beside Granville Street.

Solidly constructed concrete building. Have hardly heard neighbors above or to the side. Got lucky with south-facing unit - have a nice view of the Granville st bridge and stays cool in the summer. Price is very good if not the best for a downtown studio. Management is very casual and there to help if you need anything.

Really friendly management, beautiful apartments with nice floors and great modern design. Washer and dryer are included which is really nice. Really close to the skytrain and basically on granville, it's a great spot to live downtown.

I was in a bachelor and then moved to a one bedroom. I think the bachelor is overpriced compared to the 1 bedroom but both are good places. Appliances are great since the building is barely new. Location is great, it is in between yaletown and west end but really close to burrard bridge and kitsilano and just beside the (upcoming) development under granville bridge that is going to be very very cool. It is also two blocks from the aquabus to granville island. Bus top is literally beside the building and yaletown roundhouse station is 3 blocks away. I've never had any major issues during my time here, management is very responsive and friendly, other staff like cleaning ladies are very nice too. The building is always clean, they have compostable bags for grabs which is nice. The building has a massive room that could be a gym or a party room which it would be nice to be a perfect building. Overall great experience here!

Great building. Everything is new and very well maintained. I've never had any issues, always been extremely happy. Can't say enough great things about the building itself and the way it's run.

My experience at the Neon has been great overall. The buildings location is very central, has nice amenities in the suites & the management is very responsive.

The building is always clean and organized, the price is fair and actually low compared to all other downtown buildings available, the staff is amazing, any issues in the building or units are taken care of very rapidly, the amenities are perfect for the tenants' needs, and they try to be as environmentally friendly as possible with many different kinds of bins to sort recyclables and garbage.
