Neon Nail Studio

I started going to Neon Nails a number of years ago. I go every two to three weeks, and I rotate between Alex and Henry, sometimes I have used Joanna. All three are top notch. Never once have I been disappointed. My only complaint is that I am older an cannot were glittery polish, I love purple, and I would like to see a purple polish that is translucent and no glitter.

I come here for monthly manicures (gel with luminary base) and we always get great service. The only down side is there are too many gorgeous colours of polish to choose from! The staff are always friendly, efficient, and do a great job.

Always enjoy my time here. Staff is friendly and their services are consistent and efficient.

I would say the experience was good and the lady doing my nail was really nice. But after 6 days two of my nails started to lift and one nail broke. I called on the 6th day and they told me that they only have a 5-day policy for free nail fixing. Now I have to pay to get three of my nails fixed. I paid $90 to get these nails done and you would think that they would fix my nails for free considering the cost I paid for them. I wouldn't go back to this place because of the fact that my nails have lifted and is broken and they are expecting me to pay to get my nails fixed after I've already paid $90 to get them done.

Amazing staff, did an excellent job on my nails.the salon is also very cozy and clean! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been going to neon nails every two weeks for about a year now and the staff are always very friendly, and the studio is very clean. Johanna does an amazing job every time I go, she did my very first set of nails, and educated me on what types of extensions would be most appropriate. Never had any complaints! Highly recommend.

I got an acrylic fill here and by the time I got home, one had already snapped off. They were incredibly thin and another snapped off the next day. Then another. I went in to get them fixed. I said they were too thin and kept snapping. The girl looked at them an agreed they were too thin, and said she’d make sure to do them thicker. They charged me $21 to fix nails that didn’t even last a day.

Always friendly, always clean and my nails are flawless every time I leave the salon. Best place to go in Nanaimo in my humble opinion.

Overly expensive for the quality. With tip I paid $150 for a gel polish change on my hands and a gel mini pedi. The gel polish is a bit crooked next to my cuticles, and the shaping was not great. I feel that I paid for a higher quality product than I received.

They were busy when we walked in, but so accommodating. Michelle gave the MOST amazing foot and leg massage with hot rocks and a towel. Worth paying for the spa pedi. Seriously so good! I’ll be back!

Had a full set of nails done by Stella, didn’t really know what I wanted just wanted something different for my wedding on Saturday. I’m so happy with them she did a fabulous job they look absolutely gorgeous. Thanks Stella.

I brought my daughter to get pedicures together. We had Jason and Henry and they were so amazing! They did wonderful pedicures and were so polite and kind.

Metali is the absolute best. Very professional and friendly. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in the finished work

We had a group of five and each nail artist did an amazing job! They made us feel welcome and took time to make sure we were happy with finally product. Definitely will be coming back!
